The only thing that Tradesy could do better (and that I would prefer) is inspecting each item prior to its shipment to the buyer (like Vestiaire does) - that extra step would make me feel more comfortable and probably have me purchasing more. "The sellers that I have dealt with are great! The customer service for returns however were dishonest! The ad was changed to support Tradesy for denying a refund. For example, I purchased booties that said they would fit between a 7-7.5M. When I received the booties they were very narrow at the heel. Meaning I could get my foot inside the shoe but the heel was so narrow I had to push it in and it was very painful. I am a perfect 7-7.5! At the same time I purchased another pair of 7.5M with NO PROBLEM! Tradesy changed the ad and raised the price of the shoe and refused to give me a refund! Previously when I purchased I was able to see the original ad placed by the seller. That was removed!!! I emailed the seller saying how she misrepresented the shoes. She said she was a 7.5M and they didn't fit her either! I don't want a credit! I had a true misrepresentation and should be refunded! I will now always take a screen shot of the sellers ads!!! BEWARE!!!"

"I had a seller notify me right away that she was out of town and couldn't ship my order for 2 more days. "No big deal" I told her. A week later I got another message from the seller saying she was unable to complete the sale and would have to cancel it. This is very flaky and unprofessional. I understand that Tradesy has no control over their sellers, but they need a system in place that will effect sellers both positively and negatively depending on how they handle a sale. Some way for other potential buyers to know if a seller is dependable or not. Tradesy is a risk in this way, otherwise a fun place to score great deals on beautiful well made items."
"I had my item inspected by a Versace retail store sales person along with checking on the Versace website with my CLB code and my item was declared authentic :-)).. If I had questions TCB would respond within a day or two and provided me with as much information as they could to help me. My bag had no visual signs of wear and was a very reasonable price. I'm in love with my product and would definitely purchase from them again and would recommend others to do so as well! "

"I returned an item I purchased that I didn't even try on. I returned it the same day I received it. After making sure they received the item (and they did), they refused to give me my m money back. Instead they used my 2k as a site credit. I do not want to use my money as site credit, I want it back in my bank account, and they refused. They say they do it to protect the seller? seller? what about the buyer? "

"I ordered 2 dress on May 5, 2017. I got a confirmation letter about the transaction the same day. I checked my email everyday and assumed everything was fine since there was no additional emails. On the last day that the product was to due to be delivered, I again did not receive an email. I then checked the actual Tradesy site and found out that my order was cancelled. I don't know why it was cancelled. Didn't get any calls, text or email regarding anything pertaining to my order. All other sites that I shop at will give a notice if there is a delay or problem with my order let alone a cancellation. Its disappointing and frustrating when I had planned to use the dress for my wedding anniversary. "
