Frauds

"I purchased a Louis Vuitton Speedy from SwalaB. When I wore the bag to work my co workers made fun of the fake bag. I Reached out to Tradesy they did a fake authencity check via email. When speaking to the customer service rep she'd advised that the seller works directly with Tradesy. After that numerous emails were exchange and they will not give a refund only store credit for more fake items or resell the fake merchandise.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE / THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

"I made a sale of Christian Louboutins and never received my money. Every time i would call the number i would be told it is a "processing error" and i will receive my money on one date and then when the day comes it is not there. Every time i call back i would get the same thing. One time i called and spoke with a representative name Liz and asked to speak with her supervisor because she was rude and not helpful and the representative stated she was the supervisor. I then asked to speak to who ever supervises her and she said there was no one that supervises her. Really?! This company is a joke!"

"That send me a smelly hat and do not want to gave me my money back the hat really smell the said they would return my money then they change their mind and said they were only give me a store credit this company is a liar If I was you I would not do business with them once they get your money will not get it back know matter how bad the item is went you get it bad bad bad"

Do Not Trust Tradesy!!

"I have been a seller for two years and have had enough! I must be a glutten for punishment because It only gets worse and worse!! The latest scam was when Tradesy allowed a buyer's to submit a return request on a bag she purchased 45 days prior! They took money directly out of my account until I could provide proof of purchase showing authenticity! It had the original tags on it! Thank goodness I had the receipt still or I would've received the item back! Most stores don't even take returns after 30
Days! Tradesy's policy states funds will be available to sellers 4 days after the buyer receives the item but what they don't tell you is that if you have a balance, they can take your money back at anytime for any reason! I transfer my money immediately when available for this reason, but they still went in and created a negative balance and unfort another bag sold right after and it absorbed it all! Did I mention that most buyers on Tradsey buy your items, wear them then return weeks later without any ramifications? Tradesy allows this and stands behind the buyer even when they destroy your item. Unless you video record placing the actual item into the box and dropping it off at the post office, don't bother with this site unless you enjoy dealing with drama, huge hassles and losing money. Stick to Poshmark if you're looking for a safe place to buy and sell.
