Unfortunately, no instructions came with the purchase. I figured it out from online videos, but I can't believe there are no copies to send along."

"Had to call to verify that the part I was going to order was the correct one for my treadmill. The person I spoke to went through the entire process to determine if, in fact, the motor control unit I was ordering was what I really needed. It was. He then went through the other things I should check for an older treadmill. He sent me the technical data, instruction manual and wiring diagram just in case I needed it. Ordered the part standard shipping and received it 5 days later. I installed the controller and did the other maintenance that was suggested. I now have a "new" treadmill that is 24 years old. Fantastic, unexpected service from an on line company. Dialed the number and spoke to a human who took care of all my issues and more.

"I needed to upgrade my motor because the 2.5hp was too weak and kept tripping the little breaker switch no matter what I did.
