Excellent product, excellent customer service! Especially Michelle Figueroa!

"I have ordered a few back seat covers for my Subaru and have been very happy with the product over the years. Recently, I bought another one for my husband's car and within a week or so, one of the seams came loose and separated. I contacted customer service to see if they would stand behind their product and they certainly did. Not only did they only ask me to take a picture to show them where the issue was so they can address it, they also offered to ship me another without me having to go to the trouble of shipping the faulty one back. Supreme customer service. Great company, great employees. I have recommended Treat a Dog to many friends and relatives and will continue to do so! Michelle Figueroa was warm, prompt, friendly and addressed my issue immediately. Thank you!"

Fantastic!

"Unfortunately my package was lost on the way to my house. I called and in less than an hour they had me taken care of. I spoke with Camille Tolentino and she took care of me ensuring another package would be sent at no charge! Great customer service I will definitely order from them Again. "

Great Service!

"I ordered 2 large dog beds. I had an issue with one of the covers but Camille Tolentino was great working with me, quick to respond to my emails and is sending me a new cover instead of having to send everything back. Otherwise the dogs seem to be happy with the new beds! I will definitely be buying more products from them. "

Love the doggy bed!

"I purchased an extra large bed and as an impatient buyer, bugged and bugged Customer Service for answers . The company was overloaded with orders and my Customer Support lady Camille Tolentino kept me abreast of the situation the entire time I waited for the doggy bed. She was always extremely professional and pleasant no matter how much I fussed. I can't thank her enough. We received the bed, built it and our 14-1/2 year old female lab just loves it! And it got here in time for Christmas! Thank you "Treat A Dog" and give Camille Tolentino a huge raise, she's the absolute best in Customer Service. Anne"

EXCELLENT customer service!

"I ordered 1x PupProtector Front Seat Cover and 1x PupProtector Car Seat Cover.
Although one order was incorrect, I was pleased with how fast the order arrived and the quality of the products.
I emailed the company and received an immediate response. Customer rep Chamille was fabulous. I could not have asked for better service.

Excellent customer service

"I've ordered a few things from Treat A Dog and always been very happy with the products. Recently we bought a seat protector that ripped during the first use. This was likely a fluke because our other one we've had for over a year and it still looks brand new. I contacted customer service and Camille Tolentino responded almost immediately. It was a quick process and we will receive a replacement soon. We love the products and the customer service was superb. "

Product Replacement Made Simple

"I ordered a seat protector from Treat-a-Dog recently and it worked quite nicely the first couple of trips but developed a tear in it on trip 3 that proceeded to get much larger quickly. I sent an email to their customer service and within an hour was contact back by Camille Tolentino who was very apologetic for the defective unit and asked if I could send them a couple pictures for their quality assurance department. After sending the pictures she immediately shipped me out a replacement. It couldn't have been any simpler. I am very impressed with this company and will be telling friends and family about this experience."

Good product and even better customer service

"I purchased the pup seat protector and was impressed by it. Unfortunately, after a few times of my pups using it, it started to come apart at the seam. I emailed Treat A Dog my story and figured that was the end of it. However, within an hour or so Camille Tolentino reached out to me requesting pictures. After I sent a few pictures, Camille apologized for the inconvenience and said a replacement was on its way free of charge. With my experiences with other online companies I was actually amazed!! Any product can fail or have manufacturing defects but the difference is the response of the company! Treat A Dog sells a good product but they need to start bragging about their excellent customer service!! Thank you Camille and Treat A Dog!!

Problem solved!

"I ordered a product on Cyber Monday and still hadn't received it after three weeks. I emailed Customer Support and got an answer from Camille Tolentino within the hour. She let me know that the product had been returned because no one was home when the shipping company attempted delivery. After she verified my address, she offered to change the shipping method free of charge. Thanks to Camille's assistance, my daughter will get to open her gift on Christmas morning! I appreciate such great customer service, especially during this extremely busy time of year!"

Absolutely the worst experience ever

"I bought this bed and was excited to open it. I have four dogs and am always looking for good quality items for them. The zipper on the cover did not work, and the smaller foam insert was split open. The memory foam package said not to open it if I thought I might need to return it, so I made sure not to open that. Seeing the quality of the cover and the inside ripped piece, and realizing the product was made in China, I asked to return it. The company has refused to allow me to do this, even though I sent them the pictures they requested, did not open the foam piece and returned all of the items as requested. They gave me a postage paid label which I used to return the pieces, and the unopened foam insert. They then sent me a new bed which I did not open and placed "Return to Sender" on the box. I am an avid pet supply purchaser, and do most shopping online and have never, ever, ever had an experience like this. The customer service person, Michelle, sends me a note saying I opened the foam insert which is patently UNTRUE and it was completely sealed in the box I returned. They are TERRIBLE - do not purchase a $100-250 bed from them when you can get better quality elsewhere and nicer customer service people. Truly terrible - probably the worst shopping experience I have ever had."

"I have bought several items from Treat A Dog and have been very happy with all of the items. Very good quality and perform as advertised. Recently, I mistakenly used the wrong coupon code on a sizable purchase and sent an e-mail to ask if they would honer the correct coupon. Michelle Figueroa, the customer service rep got right back to me and not only honored the coupon, but also gave me an additional 10% off! I highly recommend Treat A Dog and will continue to shop here for my pups. "
