Placed an online order for a North Face Jacket over 3 weeks ago and still not received it.
I have queried the delivery date with Trekk Inn several times and had false promises of "the item has been dispatched and will be with you in a few days' also 'check with Royal Mail tracker' only to find no update for almost 3 weeks. I've checked with Royal Mail directly for them to advise I need to go back to Trekk Inn for Trekk Inn to finally advise that I need to wait for another 15 days.
I've asked for my money to be returned only to receive a mundane automated message asking me to check Royal Mail tracker again.
Following this I've checked reviews for Trekk Inn online only to find my story is not unique, in fact it appears to the the norm. Simply Google Trekk Inn reviews to see what I mean.
My advice is to purchase your products from elsewhere, this lot cannot be trusted to provide what your hard earned cash deserves."

"Do not buy from this website or any of its affiliates (which are many). It is a SCAM. I purchased a "Light My Fire Lunch Box Harness" ($9) and a two piece set of "Light My Fire Medium Spork Green/Yellow" ($6). The package arrive and it was sent directly from China. Immediately, I was doubtful as to whether it was even an authentic product or knock-off. But looking at it and seeing that it seemed similar to the one I lost, I had no choice as this was literally the only place I found that sold the harness separately (is usually part of a lunch kit). I did NOT see the sporks in the bag when I opened it so I assumed that it would arrive separately. Two weeks went by and I checked the website and it said that both items arrived. I contacted the company via email asking where my sporks were. There's not really a way to call them as they're based in Spain (very shady)!! Got a response saying that the sporks were in the same package. I was mad at that point because I realized that they were mostly likely trying to rip me off on the second item and claim that they knew nothing about its whereabouts. As expected, the company was NO HELP and did not offer to fix the problem at all. Instead, they asked me for labels, envelops, etc etc which I no longer had so that they could "investigate". No way they'll accept fault for this even if it was an honest mistake, which it was NOT. Even if I had the original envelop, how does that even prove that the second item was never sent!!! Hope this helps you. Don't fall for it like I did. The price for the sporks were a couple of bucks lower than Amazon but it's all a SCAM. The website looked and felt legit and American, so I didn't question it as it sold mostly popular brands known in the U.S.
