Terrible Service

"Stole €200 from my credit card, 28 days later, still no refund and no sign of the goods. Totally frustrated, doing online business no favours at all. Stop using bots to do their dirty work and go back to using humans "

2 LIES AND NO REFUND

"Unfortunately I can only join the chorus of bad experiences with this seller.

I refer to order number 14622935. I ordered an item that was marked as "In stock" paying with PayPal. Here starts the weird experience. The payment is not processed as a one off sale but through a recurring authorisation to charge the account in PayPal - be aware.
The day after the system marked the item as being on the way to their dispatch centre. FALSE. As the day after I received an email saying that the item "could be delayed or out of stock". I emailed customer care asking which of the two. I was told that it was no longer in stock and to cancel the order myself online. So it was not in stock in the first place (FIRST LIE), it was not on its way (SECOND LIE). I cancelled the order but so far they are keeping the money without issuing the refund. I bought elsewhere but still waiting for a refund. I have now opened a PayPal Claim. and emailed them but no reply within the 12 hrs.

Let's see how long will it take to refund money taken or if there will be yet more LIES.

Terrible customer service

"I ordered a sleeping bag a month ago and got an email confirming that my order has been shipped. Nothing came up on DHL tracking system so l contacted DHL and they said they couldn't find anything on the system, so they adviced me to ask to confirm the waybill and the exact date that the parcel has been picked up because it is likely that the parcel has not been picked up from the origin.
The response from Trekkinn was "Your parcel is currently on its way and it is due to be delivered to you very soon." so l asked them will it be delivered in a week before my trip because according to you it was shipped a month ago and can you tell me the exact date the shipment was picked up? The next day they sent an email saying your refund is being processed.
I guess my order was never shipped..

Terrible returns process.

"I recently returned an item at my own cost but have also had original postage costs deducted also. This is not complaint with distance selling regulations and so an illegal practice. I should only be liable for return postage, not both outbound and return postage. Also took ages. Whole returns process cost me £16 for one jacket."

Pleasantly surprised at delivery!

"I went onto Trekkinn as I wanted to buy the latest Solomon boots at £40 less than Cotswold's outdoors. I ordered them a week before my trip away despite knowing I should have ordered them sooner.
When I ordered them it said they would come a week later either on a Wednesday or Thursday. I opted to pay £1 more in delivery just in case this would speed things up.

When I checked the tracking it seemed dubious as it was showing a two week delivery time and the confirmation email estimated the same thing. I was annoyed I hadn't given it more time to order as I checked the reviews and I could clearly see (as you can) that there are some pretty terrible ones so I took the experience as a lesson. I knew there was nothing I could do and I would have to go to town to buy some other boots for my trip.

My doorbell just went and I received the boots Wednesday morning, exactly when I needed them by. If I had gone by these reviews I would be out to town already and by the time I would have gotten back I would have missed delivery and already spent money on another pair. Luckily I stayed in and now have them in time for my trip.

Thank you Trekkinn for not disappointing me when I needed you most (and despite the bloody awful delivery reviews).

Reliable delivery, impressed, delivered in less than a week! :-) Plus the boots are great! So happy.

Ordered in June still haven't received it

"Very disappointed with the service! ( Order number 3SDMHK2766247) Ordered in June but still haven't received it. When I contact the customer service, each time they advise me to check my status for shipment through an automated response. I am fed up waiting for someone to actually get in touch to say if it arrives eventually it if I'll get a refund. Definitely won't buy again or recommend buying from this website to anyone..."

2 months and still no parcel

"I ordered a pair of slippers on 16th June due for delivery on 24th June. It is now 11th August and there is still no parcel. The customer service team are refusing to issue me with a refund saying they are investigating but no update since I contacted them on 8th July. Save your money and order somewhere else."

Unreasonable

"I accidentally ordered an extra pair of shoes, and tried to return. I would be responsible for the return shipping, which is fine. However, the shoes cost $89.95. It would have cost $90 in shipping to return them. When I tried to correspond with their customer service, they were incredible unhelpful and unwilling to help remedy the situation. This is not how business should be done."
