"Worst experience ever - refrigerator makes a very loud noise like a bad motor on the day of delivery - they tell me to call Frigidaire and Frigidaire shops out the repair to a third party, which will take 2 days - I want to return it and U S Appliance says they don't do returns - it's a manufacturer problem! "I December 2020 I purchased four appliances from US Appliances (Frigidaire Gallery double wall oven, Frigidaire Gallery microwave/convection oven , Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher and Frigidaire Professional Counter depth French Door Refrigerator. After waiting over two months for my appliances, I finally cancelled the dishwasher and refrigerator and purchased them from another company. If I had known what was fixing to transpire, I would have cancelled the entire order. The oven and microwave was finally shipped on 02/19/2021 ,by R+L Carriers, . When we finally received the appliances on 02/27/2021, they were unloaded and placed in our home. On 03/05/2021 we unpacked the appliances for installation and found the oven damaged (the legs were bent as badly, that the oven set on it's bottom). I contacted US Appliance to report the damage and was informed by Beverley in customer service, that they were not responsible for the damages, since we didn't contact them within 24 hours of delivery (it took 4 days an a dozen emails for them to offer to take it back if we paid $240 return freight and they didn't have another oven in stock to replace the damage one. I for a customer service supervisor to contact me so we could work something out, but Beverley said they didn't have time to discuss problems with customers.
I contacted Frigidaire customer service regarding the damaged. They sent out one of their technical service representatives to inspect the damaged oven. Their agent indicated the oven had been damaged in shipping and if we installed it, it could cause a fire hazard.
I forwarded Beverley the report from the Frigidaire representative, but they have not responded to it.
We contacted Frigidaire customer service agent again and they ask for all correspondences and pictures of the damaged oven.
I am hopeful Frigidaire will solve this problem.
I want to make potential buyer beware of this company. They offer low prices and do not charge state sales tax with "free shipping", but their is a great price to be paid if you have damage. "

"Went to the internet to do some shopping on Kitchen Package Deals. Came across this website and seen some nice deals. Did some research and was ready to buy the LGBD1 Package Deal. It is listed as $3599, so I go to purchase this as it fits all of my needs. I go through the whole process of putting my name and everything else in go to review order, price shows $3599-$359.90(Storewide Discount)+$202.44(taxes)= $3441. 54. I click place order to only be reloaded and comes back with a price of $5330-$533(Storewide Discount)+$299.81(taxes)= $5096. 81. So of course I did not continue to complete my purchase with the price difference of $1655. 27. Called in to speak to a manager and was told that was an old price and the price is the $5330 for the package. Won't honor the advertised price on THEIR WEBSITE! I have screen shots and printed off my cart page along with the search criteria. Even went a step further and did a video record of my screen to show them I am not doing anything special and they are false advertising their prices. They proceeded to say that is the price and hung up on me eventually after I kept telling them I am looking at their site and this is the price I am seeing."
"Ordered a complete Kitchen appliance package in the beginning of May and it's now mid-August. Even with the Covid delays that I understand, they have been stringing me along since then saying 2-4 weeks. I finally canceled today and got the package from ABT electronics with immediate shipping. Poor sales support, don't use them."

"We ordered a Kitchenaid trash compactor thru this company. We had ordered it brought into the home. Well Covid-19 happened and changed the world. They called to inform me that they could no longer do in home service for safe practice. As we are an older couple we could not bring the compactor up flight of stairs and had to cancel order. They refunded our money immediately.
We finally found someone to bring the compactor upstairs into home. Reordered and they took my order with no problem. We received the much wanted appliance. Everyone was very busy, accepted the appliance without looking at it although, it is VERY clear in the instructions do not accept until you have looked it over. We decided to wait to install as too many people were around. We opened it to install and the compactor was severely damaged, not only were we derelict in not opening the package, it was also past the 24 hours which it tells you everywhere you must do these 2 things in order to get any replacement. Our heart sank, we knew we had not opened the box before taking delivery, we thought everything was lost. We called anyway with hat in hand very sorry at our ignorance. The lady looked at our order and was so nice and polite, service you don't get anywhere these days, she checked invoice and delivery date. She said, we will see what we can do and they are picking up the damaged item and getting us a new replacement item. Not only that, the damaged item was picked up the very next day. No hassle, no call back later. What a wonderful company to deal with. Thank you everyone at US Appliance for all your help and kindness. "

"We purchased two mini refrigerators from US Appliance and when they arrived we had a bit of a nightmare on our hands. The dimensions that were listed on the website were incorrect and therefore would not work with the custom cabinets on order. I contacted customer service and they were quick to 1) update the website so it did not become a problem for someone else, and 2) lay out my options for me. The thought of returning the items wasn't appealing because the units were exactly what we were looking for and it would cost us money in the end. Luckily there was still time to modify our cabinet dimensions. That option, too, would cost us money, but it seemed like the best solution for everyone. US Appliance even stepped up to help us cover some of the cost of the change order. What started out as a nightmare concluded with super happy customers. We love the refrigerators and are happy to show them off, but most of all we appreciate the excellent customer service provided by Tammi Kopel. We could not be more impressed with her. She was calm, cool and collected while I was likely losing my mind on the other end of the phone and/or email."
