"Way too long for delivery. A cargo ship can make it from Los Angels to China is less time. "
"US Appliance is not a quality or professional service. They will make you promises and then under-deliver. We are remodeling our kitchen and had ordered our package appliances well before the 3-week shipping mark. We were told by two separate customer service representatives that we would have all of our appliances right on time, when our custom cabinets/flooring/counter tops are also being installed. Of course, you need to have your appliances in order to do this. We were very clear when our deadline was and were GUARANTEED by the first representative on our order date that we would in fact have our appliances. He said, direct quote, "Yep, in three weeks you'll definitely have everything at your door - especially since you live in Los Angeles. We have a three week order guarantee." WRONG. But, of course, they do not monitor their calls or check their records for quality assurance because it makes their customers uncomfortable - hmmm, it clearly makes them uncomfortable because then they risk getting caught misleading your customers. We were informed much too late that the company had a mix up with having our stove in store which meant the ship out date was later, and now we will not have any of our appliances until 1.5 weeks LATER THAN we had thought (one month after we ordered). And of course seeing as how this is their fault (not the customer who - go figure - would actually like to get what we ordered and paid for)they couldn't offer any solutions. Not one. Expedited shipping apparently doesn't exist, any compensation relief, nope, and never mind making an exception to at least ship the rest of our appliances before the stove. Absurd. Unfortunately, being a disgruntled customer still doesn't mean that our appliances will show up (maybe ever) or that anything will come of it - but I do believe that it's important for other customers to be aware of these issues. Our project will now be delayed over two weeks and the principal problem is that we would have never used this service had this possible delay ever been spoken of before it was too late. We spent well over $3K with this company and with that comes certain expectations. I work in the Consumer PR world and needless to say, when I'm asked to rate companies and their PR value to consumers to media - US Appliance will not be on the top of my user list. Honesty is always the best policy. Enough of the venting session - just use caution with this company."
"I did not have a good experience with US Appliance. I ordered an oven. When it arrived, it had been dropped. It took 2.5 weeks to get a replacement, and when the replacement arrived, it had been dropped as well. The company said it would take 2 more weeks to get a replacement. At this point, I've already been unable to cook for 3 weeks, so I say I want a refund. They refuse to issue me a check refund directly to me and they insist on refunding it to a credit card that I've already paid off and don't use. The manager then hung up on me. Very displeased with the level of service I received."
"I am waiting for delivery of this order. It is on back order."
"Every thing came in good order. The people were helpful on the phone when I had questions about my order. Very professional."
"Worked well, happy with the experience."
"Perfect experience and delivered right to the door."
"The only challenge was the delivery service was curbside only and it wasn't explained to me. Luckily I have a large dolly and the delivery person did get the washing machine to my front door. I just had to get it inside."
"This is the second time we have ordered from US appliance. It has been so easy and the first time we got ALL of our appliances
because we built a new home,we were not ready for them to be delivered and they held them for us.Everything we ordered was in great shape and works beautifully. We just got a second frig and wall oven for the basement. The delivery man was so nice.We highly recommend US Appliance for all your appliances.
"
"Thank you. I love the new range. It is beautiful."
"I very rarely write reviews but in this case I just had to. Not because it was a flawless experience but because of how well they handled any problems. I had made a wrong choice of appliance and the delivery people had some things damaged also but the customer service at US Appliance (especially Tammi Kopel) did wonderful job of getting things fixed.
US Appliance sells same brand name appliances for lower price than you will find in stores and online and ships for free and without tax. What more would you want? Good customer service and returns policy you might say, but hey, i returned a refrigerator and it was a lot less hassle than i feared.

"I ordered a range, dishwasher, and microwave in one order and a washer/dryer in another for around $5k total. The delivery guys brought what they said was a 25' truck but was actually about 37' and was too big to turn around. I never received a 30 minute call for delivery. I decided to go the the job site at the begininning of the 4th hour and found the truck drivers lost. I asked them why they didn't call and they were confused and had called the number for the next delivery. Now US Appliance says I have to pay an addition $250 just to get the first three applicances delivered. I will have to pay another $250 to get the washer and dryer delivered. I could combine them into 1 delivery but the shipper says they will charge for storage of my items if I delay deliver of the 1st shipment to be batched with the 2nd, according to their contract. US Appliance acts as though they have no control over the shipper but it is THEIR shipper! I have cancelled my white glove service and have decided to have the appliances delivered to an alternate address. It is cheaper for me to rent a small truck and bring the applicance up to the house myself than to pay the exorbitant $800 addition shipping costs ($250 small truck order 1, $250 small truck order 2, $150 white glove order 1, $150 white glove order 2). Keep in mind, I bought these prodcuts from their internet site which, at the time, was advertising "Free Shipping"! During the first delivery attempt the driver showed me my boxes and I could see they were stacked in the truck but not tied down. It would be very easy for the top box to fall down and get damaged in their truck. I will have to open each item and carefully inspect for possible damage. I used this company last year to deliver a BBQ and was very happy then but I'm not happy now. I am regretting not buying from a local vendor but it is too late to cancel my order. The money I saved is certainly not worth the delivery hassles. What good is it to purchase from a remote vendor if they can't get their product to you in a professional manner for a reasonable price?? My colleague has a 12 year old house and his appliances need replacing and I had recommended US Appliance to him but now I will have to caution him with regard to the delivery process."
"My range arrived with significant damage. Returned range and had another one shipped. Also arrived with significant damage. Returned for refund. Major problem is you have to wait until driver leaves to open box. Eventually purchased from another retailer whose delivery service opens box before leaving. The cost was a little more, but I got a undamaged range the first time."
"I am currently dealing with US Appliances and so far I'm pretty unhappy. After waiting a month for delivery, all I got for "white glove delivery" has been attitude and hassles. I like to tip upfront at least half to motivate the service people. So I gave each of the delivery men $20 after shaking their hands. After that all I got from them was moans and groans about how everything they had to bring into my house was "above and beyond".
They never did bring my refrigerator into the house and said I had to refuse it. I have standard sized doors, 29.5" wide, but I even removed the frame for them to give them over 30" of clearance. The fridge has a width of 29". They insisted it would not fit and didn't even make the attempt. I suggested they remove the doors of the fridge, since that's how every refrigerator I've ever bought in the past has been delivered, but they refused to do that as well. Again complaining to me that this was way beyond what they are ever asked to do. I offered them another $50 to get the unit inside and they still refused. After they left with the refrigerator, I got a call telling me that I would have to give US Appliance fees amounting to nearly $1000 for restocking etc. unless I agreed to take delivery on the fridge. I feel I have no choice and I might have to hire someone else to bring the unit into my home even though I paid extra for the in house delivery. Overall I feel like I chose the wrong people to purchase from. "
"Our new range was deliverd in great condition, and in a timely manner."
