While ordering, I accidentally entered my phone number incorrectly....one digit was wrong. US appliance contacted me by email and informed me that the phone number didn't match the credit card company's record. With all the identity theft these days I really appreciated them checking it out with me before charging my credit card. I was able to track the status of my purchase from the time I ordered until it was delivered. My TV arrived on time and undamaged. It really was a pleasure doing business with US appliance and I'm in love with my new TV."
"I just made my first major appliance purchase over the internet; a 55 inch 3D Panasonic plasma TV (TCP55GT30). The manufacture had just released two weeks before my purchase. I ordered late on a Sunday and it was delivered to my home on the following Friday. I was kept well informed by both US Appliance and Home Direct (the shipping company) throughout the whole process.

"The experience with US Appliance is the worst one I had for online shopping,ever. The only quick response so far i got is they can't charge my debit card for more than 5000 dollar so they had to split it to two invoice. The reason I went with them was the choice of the appliance and the price - but now I regret my decision.
Just some background here: we bought our first home and moved in at 4/1/2011. The seller took away dryer and washer so we had to get new ones, plus the fridge was not working properly so we decided for a remodel. We read all the reviews and it seems usappliance is not bad and we could save a few hundreds, so we ordered all what we needed on 3/13/2011 and hoped everything can be there in a month. But here's our experience:
1. They won't tell you if they can get hold of your appliance several weeks after they billed you, and they won't bother to give you a real update unless you keep calling them everyday to ask "where the hell is my fridge?!"
2. Even they give you an estimate date on when the appliance will arrive the warehouse, don't trust them. "Hmm, should be next week or so" means another two weeks at least.
3. If you got a shipping notice, they are highly possible to be faked ones. I got it on 4/8 with "Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your shipment to arrive at the local HomeDirect USA delivery agent", but when I use their "tracking number" but in fact is a waybill number to track it, it wasn't even PICKED UP until 4/13. And the worst thing is, it just GET LOADED from IN TODAY!!!!! Today is 4/23, which means I still need to have at least 2~3 weeks for it to arrive Seattle, 2 full months from when I was billed for 6000+ dollars and I have no washer and dryer to use! And what's the f*** difference between SHIPPED and PICKED UP and LOADED at the same place - and took them 15 days?
Do yourself a favor, don't buy major appliance from US Appliance if you need them in 1 month. Go with local store, although it's 200 or 300 dollars more expensive it worths the cost. USAppliance maybe good for a cheap 3DTV or a mattress (the same company runs US-Mattress) but it does not work for major appliance.
I bought a mattress from them before and the shipping was so fast - why can't they just do the same with more serious business?
I'm still waiting for the shipment to arrive - I will update on when it arrives so people can know how long it actrually takes to get your appliance if you made stupid choice like me to order them from this website."
"I recently ordered a Weber Summit Grill from US Appliance. When I ordered it I was told that it would be shipped in approximately 2 weeks. Low and behold, within 2 days after placing the order I was informed that it had shipped and I received it within 7 days. Great price and great service."

Everything happened exactly as they said it would. I purchased the TV on Thursday and received the TV the following Wednesday. The TV was shipped in a timely manner and e-mail notices were sent to me instantly with the updates. US-Appliance used the company, “ABF Freight” to ship the TV. They had up-to-date tracking information on their website. The delivery came within the timeframe they gave me for the delivery day. I could not be happier with my purchase and the whole experience with US-Appliance.

"Worst customer service policy ever! You have exactly 24 hours to report any damage to a product. They aren't open 24 hours, so you really only have 9 hours to respond (they are only open 9-6 M-F). If you have any type of life (i.e. kids, job, etc.) and don't check your product within those 24 hours, they will accuse you of damaging the product and charge you for it anyway. No real attempt at a resolution, rather they were finding every way possible to make the box of broken parts I received my fault.
Run from them as fast as possible. Go to a real store where you can see the product, have 45 days to inspect it, and not get accused of purposely wanting to damage the product you just spend $$$ on."

"After missing the boat on several black friday deals on a 60"+ hdtv, I decided to wait until I found a great deal. That's when I discovered US Appliance after searching online and found that they had the best price on a 63" Samsung plasma. I was nervous to order such a large item online; however after reading reviews, confirmed that they were an authorized Samsung online dealer, and verified that the tv was in stock, I decided to give them a shot. Just as promised, 2 days later I received an email with a tracking number for the shipper Homedirect USA. Although my experience with Homedirect was less than stellar -they are impossible to reach by phone - I did receive a call to schedule delivery and they did finally deliver my tv within the time (10 days) that US appliance had promised me. However when I unboxed the TV, I found that the screen was cracked in several places. Fearing the worst, I called US Appliance and talked to customer support who was awesome! They apologized for the damage, arranged to have the broken TV picked up and shipped out a new TV. The new TV took another 10 days to arrive, but this time it was in perfect condition. It took a while to finally get my TV, but I'm very pleased with my purchase and it was well worth the wait. Thanks US Appliance!

"Absolutely Horrible!!! They delivered a non-working Fridgedaire oven range to me on 2/12/11. It's 3/4/11 and I still do not have a working appliance...just a broken one sitting in my kitchen. I'll paraphrase their last email correspondence to me..."it's not our problem, we didn't manufacture the appliance, call the manufacturer." They were kind enough to give me Fridgedaire's 800 number. US Appliance also informed me that I could return the product for a 10 percent re-stock fee.
Not worth the money I saved. The absolutely worst experience I've ever had with a company. Save yourself heartache and do not do business with these guys. "
"Placed an order for LG washer/dryer on 1/19, and got my receipt on 1/21. Three weeks later, I called to learn that they were backordered (ok, not US-A's fault) but they were expected "next week." Waited a full week, called again, was told I was never told it would be a week, I insisted I had, and upon checking further Aaron told me I was right, but the items were still on backorder, and I should have been told it would be two weeks, not one, and that someone there would be calling LG to get a new ship date. I was left to wonder why it had been two weeks a week earlier, but now no one knew. Strange. I was also told at that time that someone would call or send me email to give me the update.
No word for over a week, so I called back and was told the items had arrived and were in their warehouse, and to expect an email "soon" to give me arrival date at my home. Two day later (today) I called and was told that I probably wouldn't get any word until Monday, possibly later, and it would be 7-10 days FROM THEN before I'd get them. This time I got upset, because no one there follows up, and Aaron got rude telling me he'd talked to me several times (true) and that I'd been told it would take this long. Not true. He finally apologized for not telling me it would be closer to 4 weeks from the time they arrive in the warehouse, but wasn't nice about it. One figures it takes a week or so to get appliances TO the warehouse from the manufacturer, but who anticipates they'll sit in the warehouse for a week or more before they're shipped to the customer? How inefficient and costly is that?
I'll update this review when my appliances arrive. For now, all I can say is that their customer service needs work. If you order major appliances that are backordered, don't expect to be told that they ARE out of stock, nor should you expect to be told anything at all. My advice is to call regularly, and get commitments to follow up. Even then, you likely won't GET the promised follow up, so be warned. Great prices, TERRIBLE service. "

was notified 0n the 15th that card was declined for bad billing address they were correct I fixed within a few minutes over the phone payment was processed, the only problem I am having is that I wish I had known that they did not have any idea when they would receive the items from the supplier and that the shipping dates that are on the web site are after THEY receive it and I don't believe they know when they are going to get it from LG
I understand that they are at the mercy of the supplier
since I also rely on suppliers but I do keep the customer a little more up to date with the process and what stage the process is currently at, but in fairness I have about a 1 1/2 weeks left on the will be delivered statement per web site, I pray that it comes damage free and soon, since we sold our other ones when we moved thinking it would be about the right delivery day from this company, if everything arrives within proper time frame I will change my rating.
