"Had an A+ experience regarding my recent purchase of a Weber S-670 gas BBQ grill from US Appliance. Emailed them and got a quick response from Ron Meyer re: the availability of the grill. He gave me his phone number; I called, we spoke, I ordered my grill and a cover. The next day, somewhat by accident, I realized a competitor had the grill for a lower price. I e-mailed Mr. Meyer who promptly replied, with a new invoice showing he "overmatched" the competitor's price and credited my bank card an additional $100. This was nearly $900 less than the retail price charged at the BBQ specialty store 2 blocks from my house. My grill shipped 9-1-11 by way of R and L carriers. They contacted me by phone on 9-6-11 to arrange delivery on 9-7-11, between 4-6 pm. At 5:45 pm on 9-7-11, the R and L driver called to tell me he was about 2 miles away and wanted to verify that his truck could negotiate my subdivision streets. He arrived and unloaded it, and delivered it to my patio on his pallet jack. He was most courteous and he even took time to share a few grilling tips. I unpacked the grill and found all to be in order. I assembled it in about 35 minutes and lit it up...

While I haven't cooked yet, I'm sure I'll be pleased with the grill's performance. I am absolutely sure however, that I am pleased with my experience with US Appliance and their freight carrier. The entire transaction could not have gone any better! I will definitely use US Appliance in the future!

"I had a very good experience with US Appliances on my recent large screen TV purchase. These things are always a little nerve wracking, but they came through as advertised. Delivery and white glove service were as promised and price couldn't be beat. I got a little extra help from "Clint" on the order and it is appreciated."

"I placed an order on Aug 01, they send me an e-mail 10 days later telling that my phone number doesn't match with my credit card and they could not placed the order.... now is going to take 3 more weeks for the merchandise to arrived and did not give an option to expedite the deliver. PRICE MIGHT BE GOOD BUT IS NOT WORTH THE TIME YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"I ordered a Zephyr Cyclone hood from US Appliance. First I was told it would take 3-4 weeks to ship because it is a professional appliance, but they actually shipped it 2 days after I placed the order. Their price was the lowest, and no shipping no tax, I even got $10 discount by entering a coupon code! I highly recommend US Appliance. BTW - I love the hood, it is so beautiful and it works great!"

"My order was placed for a "Frigidaire Microwave Oven (professional) about the 7th of JUNE and I still don't have one.
I finally received my order in early JULY which was damaged and was returned--much later. Then US Appliance first insisted they didn't have the damaged one back--and then claimed "out-of-stock". Here it is AUGUST and I have been without a microwave for about 2 months; obviously my last purchaase from US Appliance.
Even though another one has (supposedly) been shipped--I have no idea when I will receive. My zip code is 65775.

"I ordered a new coin op washer which arrived with a damaged coin box. After several hours of the manufacture, us appliance, and the coinbox manufacture each telling me it was someone else's fault, they mailed me a new coinbox for me to install myself. I did, and the washer never stopped running. They told me to get it fixed again. I told them that this was not acceptable for a new washer and I did not plan on multiple repairs. I've already had to buy another and they refuse to take the bad one back."

"The on-line experience was pleasant, acknowledgments were timely and informative, item arrived sooner than estimated and the shipping company called to schedule delivery as was promised. The delivery company was professional and went over the satisfaction checklist. There was followup from US Appliance and best of all, the price even beat my son's retail chain GE discount. The only downfall is that ranges do not come equipped with power cords because homes have different plugs and amps - a phone call to GE with my model number and a charge card made the process complete. I did the wiring myself and am totally satisfied with my range and US Appliance. "

"Very Disappointed... Ordered a television on Sunday July 3rd that was listed as in stock and advertises 7-10 business day delivery. Following The weekend and the holiday, the order wasn't processed until Thursday with no mention of delivery. Contact US appliances again July 11th to see when it will be delivered, they said the TV was out of stock but should arrive within the 7-10 business day window. That has since gone by and still the TV hasn't shipped.

In a second call to US Appliances, they wouldn't even comment on when the TV will ship, and the person didn't seen to even care and just wanted me to hang up the phone. Worst customer service call I've ever experienced.

So to sum it up... Its been over two weeks, I have $2K charged on my credit card, and no idea when I'm getting my TV.

"I bought a tv from US Appliance a month back and had horrible experience with the delivery process. The TV was in-stock when I ordered but it took them 2 weeks to ship it to me and then it took their freight carrier another week and half to schedule a delivery with me. So all in all I got the tv almost 4 weeks after order for something that was in-stock. And then they would not price match their own website per their 30 day policy as they want to stick to their 'order date' and not delivery date which is more relevant in my case."
