"I had a terrible experience with US appliance. I will never do business with them again. I ordered a washer, dryer and a refrigerator with a white glove delivery. The delivery company had me wait for them on four different days and the delivery time they gave me was 8 - 6 on each day. They were unqualified and inexperienced for appliance delivery and in the end damaged my refrigerator and my wall while getting it in the house. I had to return the refrigerator and US Appliance were not able to send me another one for several weeks. The few hundred dollars, which you may save with this company are not worth the hassle. "

"This place is just plain shady. Look at the reviews on the rest of the web for the real story about these people.

I placed an order for some parts... the website said 1-2 days shipment for one item and nothing specifc about delivery for the other - a day later I got an invoice and they charged my credit card.

I called 8 days later and was told it would be several weeks because the items were 'special order' - so I was forcd to cancel and get the items elsewhere since I needed them sooner.

They are attempting to charge me a 2% cancelation fee and I quote "to cover the cost of the credit card fees" for something that never shipped and I had to cancel based on misinformation, and information that they never shared.

They had the nerve to suggest that the pages listed these items as special order - NOT - true (I have the print outs and the screen captures. He also said the 2% policy is on the pages also a lie... if its anywhere is very well hidden and isn't on the page or the invoice I received.

I have reported them to the BBB, filed a chargeback, and reported them to Visa for violations of the terms of service (they are not allowed to pass CC fees on to the customer and should not have charged my card until the items were ready to ship anyway... like all honest vendors; its waht preauthorization is for)

Do your homework.... stay away from these people... terrible customer service - and when all is said and done they're likely to stick it to you one way or another."

"I can't say enough about the service US Appliance provides. They are reachable, extremely pleasant, on top of everything, return phone calls, and go out of their way to assure customer satisfaction. I experienced a manufacturer's defect in an appliance and the staff did everything possible including contacting the manufacturer's regional rep to resolve the issue quickly. I've dealt with a lot of on line companies over the years and NEVER been treated as well. No, I'm not being paid to write this and I'd never heard of them until I placed this order. I'd certainly order from them again in a heart beat.

"As long as you are not in a hurry, and don't need much feedback on order progress, US Appliance is a viable alternative to local stores. I was worried when I didn't hear anything after the initial order, but after about two weeks I was notified via email that the refrigerator was shipping via HomeDirect USA. About 10 days later it was delivered. I paid for "white glove" delivery, which was worth it to me. I saved over $300 by not buying it from a local store."

The reason I am writing my review before I receive the TV is because I want to note how great their customer service has been!!

Clint provided me with such great help and insight on choosing a TV thats right for me that it made the purchase easier than ever.

I then dealt with Larry to purchase my TV and that was probably the easiest order ive ever had to put in.

All around A+++++ so far with my experience!!

Will update the review when I receive my TV, but I dont see it being nothing but fantastic!

It gets even better! Before I initially ordered my TV I was told that it might take a few days to get stock replenished, which I was fine with.

Well..... How about the next day I have received a shipping notification!!!!! This just keeps on getting better! Cant wait!!

I cant believe the deal I got with US Appliance!! This has been by far one of the best, if not the best, consumer experiences ive ever had.

I recommend to everyone to buy from US Appliance, without hesitation!!
