"I am extremely happy with my purchases from US Appliance. I bought new kitchen appliances (refrigerator, range/oven and dishwasher). US Appliance provided great value and terrific service! All three items were shipped promptly and delivered when promised. Also, after the delivery was complete, I discovered a small dent on the front of the refrigerator. I immediately called US Appliance to report it and they were extremely accommodating, offering me three different options to resolve the matter. I would not hesitate to purchase from US Appliance again, or to recommend them to my friends. "

"This is my 4th time shopping at the US Appliance. This time it was for an LG refrigerator, which came in 7 days (ordered on the 15th, shipped on the 16th, arrived on the 23rd - expected time for large appliances is 3 weeks), on a palette, packed well, with no blemishes whatsoever. (Not even on a cardboard box). Excellent service, start to finish."

"I had ordered an item that was posted on the net as available. 1 1/2 months later, the dealer still was unable to come up with the product. The same day that I canceled the order, and ordered through US Appliance. The experience was easy and enjoyable, from the get-go. I was contacted immediately and apprised of the status of my order, every step of the way. The item arrived in perfect condition within the time-frame promised. There was no haggling and the order was processed in a timely and professional manner at the most spectacular price anyone could imagine. What a great buying experience. I will return to purchase again. Thank you, US Appliance!!! This was a birthday/retirement gift purchase gone awry until I ordered through US Appliance. I appreciate the opportunity to rate the purchase experience. I will tell my foodie friends. The receiver of the gift is very pleased. This is how a purchase ought to go. Again, thanks! "When buying a large item through the internet, I always have a small amount of fear that it could turn into a bad experiance.
But buying my new grill from U.S. Appliance has put my fears at ease. Not only do they have some of the best prices around, but also quick and painless shipping. They e-mailed tracking info right away and I got a call from the trucking company to setup delivery. I could not be happier.
I will be buying from U.S. Appliance again very soon.

"What can I say. I'm glad others had good experiences with this company as I definitely didn't. I ordered a TV through them. It was ordered on the 4th of February, got to their local carrier on the 14th but did not get delivered till the 16th. When it finally was, the order was damaged. I understand they have a 7 - 10 day business delivery time but the fact that the appliance was obtained from the supplier on the 7th and was not shipped until the 11th and then arrive locally on the 14th and not shipped till the 16th, I felt this was just unnecessary.

Although they offered to send a replacement, it would take another 2 weeks and possibly go through this again..no way. The rep said they couldn't deliver any quicker so I told them I'd go elsewhere. Afterwards the rep said she would credit my account back and it should be in my account in 2 to 3 days, guess what, she never did. On the 5th business day I get an email, by the way, when we get our stuff back, we'll start the process of getting your funds back...in short, they NEVER CREDITED ME BACK!!! This is just shady business. The rep told me she'd refund it immediately, I'm not holding my breath. This time, it may take up to 4 business days..really..and by the way, it's not us (US App.), it's your bank, it takes them that long to process it. We'll see. Regardless, I will NEVER do business with them again.

Because of this, I ordered a new TV from Amazon on Friday, it's Tuesday and guess what, my TV is already here and NOT damaged..really?

"BUYER BEWARE!!!

They seem to be taking orders and not be able to process them. I have been extremely dissatified with these guys. They seem to have lied repeatedly to me. You may or may not get your order and have to cancel after waiting a couple of weeks for your order.

So I placed my order over the phone on 2/14 and was told that I would get an email confirmation later that day or the next day. I even started a 'LIVE AGAIN' thread here on SlickDeals for the TV.

I followed up the next day (2/15) and was told the order had processed and the email would be going 'now'. No email came AND my card was charged.

Followed up the next day (2/16), again I was told that the order is processed and the email is going out 'now'. No email. Waited a couple of hours. Called again in the afternoon. Now I was told (and here it gets ridiculous) that the email might not even have gone into my spam folder but have been blocked completely by gmail and was asked for another email address. News for you USAppliance - if email service providers are blocking your emails that they don't even go into spam folders then you have a problem. A big problem. A big problem trying to do business over the internet.

Anyways so now they had another email address for me. Still no email.

USAppliance is telling me that the order has 'processed', they have charged my card but they will not send me a confirmation email or give me a confirmation number despite having my money. Everytime I call to ask them they lie by telling me it's going out 'now' and putting me off. And make excuses like gmail blocks us so it doesn't even get to the spam folder. COME ON!!!

I send a message to the USAppliance person monitoring threads on Slickdeals. This is what he tells me:

"We are short a few TVs and are transferring units from local B&M warehouses to fill the last dozen or so orders we are short.
There is also a shipment on the way from Panasonic.
Your order is only 2 business days since processed so even if it takes 3 more business days to ship out, you should have it around our 7 - 10 business day timeframe.
I apologize for the miscommunication."

STILL no email or confirmation number!!!

Anyways 2/17 - I cancel my order and dispute the charge with my credit card provider. I place an order for the same TV with Amazon. It's scheduled to be delivered Feb 22 and has already shipped out. Woohoo!

No more shady merchants like USAppliance. I'll pay a couple of bucks more and stick with the good guys.

"Let me start by saying I have never written an internet review before and I am keenly aware that most people take the time to write negative reviews while not many write reviews about positive experiences. This definitely describes me as my review of US Appliance is NEGATIVE, NEGATIVE, NEGATIVE. I placed an order for a large screen plasma on January 24th, 2011 and on February 15th I was informed the television was not in stock and my order was cancelled. This doesn't sound too bad until you take into account my credit card was charged, I was told twice the television was shipping "tomorrow", and received an e-mail showing that although my complete order was not available the television was shipping. It actually sounds like there was a lot of communication with the seller but don't be fooled, getting information on the order was a hassle and time consuming. I did receive a polite voicemail that the new model televisions would be available in 6 to 8 weeks and I was welcome to choose another product from their website, no thanks. As I saw with other US appliance reveiw responses I was told there were some damaged items and unfortunate miscommunication. This maybe true, but it sounds like the canned response to manage some of the negative reviews on numerous websites. Another interesting turn in this story is that I am now paying credit card interest on $2,600 because my card was charged and the billing cycle ended before US Appliance credited my account. Bottom line-- If you want a good price, are not concerned about when or if your items will actually arrive, and have no need for customer service, US Appliance is the vendor for you. "

"Like several other recent reviews I initially had concerns about purchasing a $2000 3D TV at an etailer with 8/10 rating (acceptable, but not stellar). However, my experience well exceeded expectation. First off I forgot to add bonus 3D DVD player and started kit. Once I called customer service, they had no problem adjusting the sales order. TV arrived within a week and shipper was very helpful - helping me unpack and didn't leave until I physically made sure TV was in good shape. Starter kit was out of stock and US Appliance was very upfront about communicating. I received the kit today and started enjoying 3D. Very enjoyable experience."

"I purchased a new range from US Appliance. I expected a delivery time of two- three weeks as stated on their site, but the stove arrived within a week. However, it was damaged, so we had the delivery person take it away with him. We called US Appliance while he was still here to say we were sending it back. That process was hassle free. It did take the full three weeks to receive the new range the second time.

We did not realize and it is not stated anywhere that we would have to purchase a power cord. This should be made clear at the time of purchase.

"We had no problems. We were thoroughly impressed by the prices we received by ordering online through US Appliance. We are building a new home and decided to buy all new appliances. We have been shoppoing for six months and never found any prices or incentives that compared to US Appliance. For the size of our order I felt the time for delivery was fair. We had about a 2.5 week wait. We received many notifications as to time of shipping and time of delivery and each was accurate. We were pleasantly suprised to find that we could order everything we needed online. The free shipping sealed the deal!"
