"Mixed bag for me. The ordering process was quite smooth, prices are low, and no tax (for me) is great.
However, be very careful when receiving your order. I ordered 5 major appliances from them - basically an entire kitchen. THREE of those items came damaged!!! Visible, 3-6 inch dent non-trivial damage. 3 out of 5 items damaged, a 60% damage rate, is most definitely cause for concern. "Lucky" for me two of the dents were on the backside of a microwave and a stove, so they aren't visible once installed.
They have a 24 hour policy for notifying them of any damage. Stupid me, I only looked at the outside of the boxes, which all looked in great condition, so I didn't unwrap them and check closer. I received the shipment Thursday, and on Monday during install I became more and more frustrated as I opened each item. Carla at US Appliance respectfully told me she can't help me because I didn't call within 24 hours. On the other hand, she didn't act too surprised that 60% of the goods were damaged. Shouldn't they at least check into their shipping partner?
I'm more mad at myself for not looking closer, and understand that they have a policy. But they act as if having 3 out of 5 damaged items is not at all unusual. Sometimes I think they send damaged items on purpose, hoping the customer doesn't open it within 24 hours. Do they ship damaged goods so that either the shipping company or the customer is left holding the bag? I don't know. Probably not - but you never know.
The moral of the story folks - completely open and verify everything, as soon as you get the shipment!
US-Appliance - use this feedback! Send additional reminders to make sure your customers check. Engage your shipping companies, even if you can't make a claim. 60% damage? That indicates a clear breakdown in process somewhere. After all, if I would have received the goods in all working order, this would have been an easy 5 star review. The potential is definitely there."

"Overall my experience was much like many of the other reviewers. I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer on 10/06/2011 and it took until 11/03/2011 for it to arrive. I requested white glove delivery so that may have added extra time.
They aren't the friendliest people but then they didn't try to sell me additional stuff that I didn't want. After a week of not hearing from them about an estimated ship date, I sent them an email asking when I was going to get that. They responded the same day with a phone call but they were annoyed that I sent the email. They told me they would send me an email when they had a ship date.
I would order from them again but I know now to be prepared for a long wait."
"US Appliance is one of my favorite online retailers-they have probably the lowest prices on name-brand merchandise on the internet. I purchased a beautiful Sony LED TV from them in May and I had such a good experience(friendly customer service and easy delivery of TV) that I just purchased another one for upstairs! The delivery team notified me via email for booking the appointment-they will also notify you by phone is so desired. US Appliance, I love YOU!"
"I would strongly dissuade anyone from purchasing a product from this company. I ordered a cast iron pan as a gift on Sept. 25, two weeks before a friend's wedding, because it was significantly cheaper here than at other sites. However, with no extra notification or warning, it took until two days ago (Oct. 24) to arrive, finally coming long after the wedding and disappointing my good friends on their special day. A call to the company a few days before the wedding brought no apology or sympathy, only vague assurances that it would come in "a few weeks". Unless you don't care at all when your purchase arrives, avoid US Appliances."
"I order a Panasonic 55GT30 55" plasma TV from US Appliance in September. Not only did they have the best price on the net for this TV they also offered Avatar 3D bundle with 3rd Gen. glasses, shipping was included with white glove delivery service also. Because of the great price, by the time I ordered, it was no longer in stock. I ordered anyway and they honored the sale price. While waiting for the item to restock US Appliance was readily available to answer my questions and give updates on my shipment, via phone, email and on msg boards. They answered my questions promptly and gave reasonable time frames. I actually received my TV 2 days ahead of the time scheduled! Besides the box being alittle bit worn (to be expected) the TV was unharmed and operating excellent. I received the newest build of the TV not someone’s stock left over from earlier in the year. As of now I have exactly 100% confidence in US Appliance and will order from again. If I have any issues with them in the near future regarding the TV I will post an update but as of now have no 2nd thoughts in dealing with this company because they are top notch."
"I recently ordered GE cooking appliances (convection wall oven, microwave and warming drawer) through USAppliance. The execution by USAppliance was flawless. I initially ordered the wrong product. When I discovered my error, the customer service rep was courteous and efficient. My items were delivered in perfect condition slightly ahead of the expected delivery date. Handling by the local shipping agent was equally excellent. Based on my experience, I heartily recommend USAppliance."
"Great price and Authorized dealer as well. But they are very very slow in processing the order and shipping the items. It has been 10 days and still the item is not shipped even though they had it in stock at the time of my order. Moreover, they charge the CC several days before they ship the product which was strange to me as I make most of my purchases from Amazon and Amazon charges the CC only after it is shipped.

I got the tracking info but the latest delivery date available is on Oct 5th. It is clearly way more than 10 business days that they claim."

"Ordered a TV, then they cancelled my order the next day saying the item was not in stock. Not a very professional retailer, I would stay away from them.
Well here is my final update. On Friday 09/23, I receive an email with a file attachment which has my invoice for the TV. I checked my credit card, and see I was charged for the amount of the TV, I purchased.

I have not received any further communication and when I checked my credit card this morning, I have a credit for the amount of my purchase.
Well I guess I am not getting the TV after all, and based on feedback from other people who had the same issue, all US Appliance is willing to do is ship you another TV for an extra $200.00 and that TV isn't even close to the TV I thought I had purchased from them in the first place.
Well I will be buying a new TV from another retailer, that stands behind what they sell

"Very disappointed at the delivery service from US Appliances. Ordered all appliances from US Appliances including a Samsung refrigerator. Received everything else after 1 month of ordering except for the refrigerator. US Appliances informed the refrigerator came in damaged so they had to reorder another one. Until now after almost 2 months of the order, I still have not received the refrigerator. With a family of 7, it is extremely difficult not to have a refrigerator after a month and half moved into our home. Contacted Ron, our sale rep at US Appliances but he said there was nothing he can do. Never buy appliance on line again. This is my lesson. You can save some money but not worth the trouble."
