"I bought Fusion Tribute 1015 in black top grain two sets (rows) of three in IOVOVOI curved configuration. Past experience with Roman convinced me to go to no other seller. Ordering online was easy, he takes a check - all I had to do was send him a picture of the back and front. Check had to clear of course but then the boxes shipped and arrived within a few days of shipping. Roman sent tracking and then followed up.

The quality of the seating cannot be overstated. They come very well protected - each of my seats came protected in its own box with the back detached for safe shipping. Here's a tip: Wait until you get the chair into the room before installing the back. Once the bottom part is placed where you want it, the back clicks on easily and securely. The sturdy steel mechanism makes them heavy and they will not unintentionally scoot. You can feel the quality. For moving and placing, I highly recommend two people using furniture-moving straps.

The top-grain leather is like butter but I can tell it is tough. Perfect support - on the firm side which I prefer.

The removable trays have two stems you can use - long and short. We like the long stem for adults but the shorter one may be useful for kids. The trays come packed in bubble protection down in the armrest storage. An added feature is the USB port inside the storage areas under the arm rests.

"A huge thank you to Roman from Fusion Home Theater Seating. I’ve been slowly putting together our home theater – first a projector, then a sound system. For my birthday this year, I decided it was time to get proper chairs. This is a major purchase for us, so we definitely wanted to sit in the chairs before buying them.

Since we live in NYC, it was only logical to reach out to Roman, whose showroom in NJ isn’t far from our house. To say that Roman was generous with his time would be an extreme understatement! He meticulously described to us all the bells and whistles of every one of his models, helping us narrow it down until we decided on the Legacy-1020.

The next question was configuration, as our room unfortunately don’t have as much width as we’d like. So even after our lengthy warehouse visit, I called Roman back to discuss chairs vs. sofa in terms of space and features, not to mention other questions about optional accessories, acoustics, white glove delivery, and more.

But no matter how indecisive we got, Roman continued to be patient and generous with his time, and most importantly, full of valuable advice. With his help, we finally settled on our order, only to find out that the precise configuration we wanted isn’t in stock. Roman went above and beyond to try to accommodate us based on his current inventory, but unfortunately the exact arrangement we need couldn’t be put together.

So we won’t be getting our delivery for another couple months, but based on Roman’s customer service until now, we have no doubt that his chairs will exceed our expectations, and I look forward to coming back here to post an update once we receive them.

The seats themselves are supportive and have features matching higher costs brands: power recline, USB charging, armrest storage, metal cup holders and convenience trays. These seats replaced the conventional narrow theater seats we installed years ago because of our narrow theater layout. They fit perfectly and make movie marathons MUCH more comfortable. "We recently received delivery and installed our 7 Legacy recliners in our new home theater (photo posted above). Working with Roman was great experience. At the time, he was receiving this new model line, so there was only a prototype model to "test out" at the warehouse showroom. But Roman was very knowledgeable and described the (relatively minor) changes that might come out in the final production model. We strongly preferred the look and functionality of this model, and it was such a great value compare to some of the other options we had considered, so we decided to take the risk.

Roman kept us informed on the status of the batch as it prepared to ship from the manufacturer. There was a delay due to the supply chain issues, but that didn't impact us, as the renovation of our basement was taking longer than expected too. In fact, our concern was that we wouldn't have anywhere to store the seats while we waited for the custom order carpeting to be ready. Roman allayed these concerns, letting us know that he could hold the seats at his warehouse until we were ready to accept delivery. This was a great advantage. After several weeks of storage, I had visions of our seats lost somewhere in an endless warehouse like the Ark at the end of Indiana Jones. But when we were (finally) ready, so was Roman. He shipped them right away and we had them in a matter of days.

The seats are really comfortable and look great. The only difference from the prototype we could see is the color of the under-seat and cupholder illumination, which was blue rather than purple. That turned out to be a pleasant surprise, as it better fit our color scheme anyway. Key selling points for us were the three levels of illumination and the programmable memory button to save your preferred recline and lumbar positions.

There is plenty of storage space in the armrest, and it's nice that trays come included with no extra charge. We also ordered the wine glass holders (additional cost), which are really, really solid. You can feel the heft and quality as soon as you take them out of the box.

I did the assembly myself, and I'm not particularly handy. The wires to connect the back to the motors ware clearly labeled. It helps, though, to have someone else to help guide the backs into their slots. All in all, we are very satisfied with the product and process. Thanks, Roman!

In less than 2 weeks, we received an absolutely gorgeous set of seats (that had EVERY bell and whistle the other ones did, from memory recline function to power headrest) and are just as comfortable, plus a removable arm, two additional tilting tray tables, and an extended warranty. Literally the only tradeoff is color, but the black Ragtime leather is beautifully matte and supple. And it arrived in 1/8th the time, with a prompt and professional delivery partner.

"My wife and I got fed up with regular furniture and decided to get theater style seating. In search of where to get and what to get we turned to internet, and found Ultimate Home Entertainment add. We called the number and were greeted by Roman. Roman, showed us his collection of various seating models and long story short, we made a deal. One very important point I have to make, that unlike just pictures, Roman has a Wearhouse, where we could actually see and feel the chairs before making the final decision.

We ordered 4 "Legacy 1020" units, which arrived to us pretty much straight from the factory. We had to wait a bit as they were manufactured, and Roman kept us in the loop through and through until we got them. We never had a doubt, that anything can go wrong.

"Searched all over the net to find quality home theater seating. reached out to many places. Read forums and reviews. I reached out to Fusion and within 15 minutes heard back from Roman. Over the course of 10 days I exchanged several emails with Roman going over all the different variations of his seating, and which ones would fit in my space better. Once I had decided on the chairs I wanted he was able to get them to me in under 2 weeks time. The chairs are comfortable, look really nice, and function just as they were described on the website.

I purchased 4 of the landmark seats with the loveseat configuration in the middle, and I had Roman install the ****-shaker bass in them, which is a feature I highly recommend.

"I ordered these chairs in mid December knowing that they were on backorder. Roman kept me up to date on the status and I received them in February. Delivery was okay. The driver complained when I asked him if he could place the pallet close to my garage door but he did it which I appreciated. The boxes were in good shape and no signs of damage. I was able to unbox them myself but had to get help from a relative to move them down stairs to the media room. Assembly was easy and pretty straight forward. However, I did have a few questions which Roman answered for me. I want to note that Roman's response to my emails was typically within the hour even on weekends so great support from him. Again, I love how they look and everything works as advertised but I did get the 5 year protection plan just in case. I have watched a few movies from these chairs and they are very comfortable.
