"A bunch of liars
DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered a tv on March 2nd with delivery to be on March 4th. March 4th came and went no tv no correspondence about my order nothing. I sent emails asking about my order and they said wait 24-48 for shipping info to update it well over that now. As of March 7th I was able to call and get through to speak to someone after I emailed again and was told that my order shipped as at this point I was going to cancel. After speaking to a customer service rep I was informed my order in fact did not ship and was still sitting in the warehouse. I asked for the order to be canceled and my money refunded and was told they could not do so. So not only do I not have my tv they don’t want to cancel the order let alone give me my money. I’m not paying for something that’s sitting in a warehouse. I have filed a complaint with BBB this company is nothing but trash

"Spent way to much time trying to get the information in the order blanks. It kept going to a note at the top and cutting the info being typed after about 3 to 4 letters.. Very annoying."

Bait and Switch Item Not As Described

"I purchased a refurbished HP Envy Notebook described as "Grade A...Retail Ready...NO blemishes". The first arrived with a deep scratch on the case; but, customer service would not replace the item and suggested I purchase another because after their lengthy refund process, I ran the risk of the item being out of stock. The second item arrived with a broken key. Same scenario, so ordered a third item and it arrived with s stress crack in the lid, dents and stains from stickers on the wrist rest. They have since changed the description of the item to "fully functional", hence the bait and switch claim. This firm is rated by the Better Business Bureau as "D minus". I am still waiting on my refunds. I suggested a discount because of my trouble and they offered me a whopping 7%. Stay Away. Better vendors exist."

"the website took my email address and promised a 10% discount code. When i got the code and applied it (within 20 minutes) the shopping cart said the code was expired. I called customer service twice (they were very nice) but the best they could do is ask me to send a screenshot."

Not in Stock? No Email notification?

"Ordered their Black Friday Special, credit card charged but no shipping. Call them every week for 2+ weeks to check on the shipping status, was told that warehouse too busy but order will be filled. On 12/13 called again the rep said they "checked" the "brand new" item allocated for my order and found defective, and there are no more stock to fill the order. This is either a fake excuse as they simply don't have stock or advertising items as "new" but actually like new open box items. They did refund the charge but I was counting on the items for Christmas. Just beware."

Brand new???!!!

"I ordered a "brand new" 2017 ipad from them recently. When I received it, it had someone elses information in it! Had their calendar, their phone list, their pictures- everything!! It wasn't worth the time/effort to try to return it so I just reset it. Now I have a USED 2017 ipad for about the same price I would have paid anywhere else... or maybe a little more. So I'd be careful buying AND selling anything to this company..

12/06/2019 Update: Someone from VIP outlet did reach out to me & offer a discount, but that in no way made up for the fact that they are selling used product as new. If they HAD reset this ipad before I got it, I would not have known it was used. And if I had been a different sort of person, I could have caused a lot of harm to the person who had their information on the ipad. I still would NOT recommend. And if you do sell anything to them, be sure to reset it yourself first.

Ordering Problem

"Ordered 2 TVs and after I ordered them the system had a glitch or something and I was unable to order the TVs. called the customer service and the lady sounded like she was sleeping and was not customer friendly at all. but i came back and was able to order the TVs today so it turned out ok after all"

UPDATE

"I ordered a $235 weight set, however only half of it came in the mail. I called them to let me know and they told me they would refund half the price. Never did offer a full refund. I had to ask multiple times for a full refund since I have no use for only one weight. It would be cheaper to order the set from another site. They finally agreed, and I shipped out the one I received. They told me once their warehouse receives it, I'll receive a refund within 3-10 business days.

I tracked the order and it was delivered on Oct. 1. I have been in contact with VIP Outlet many times since then, through phone and email. I was told many times that they could see that the package was delivered and my refund was issued. I never saw my refund. I called again (it's been 11 business days now) and was told my refund was never issued because they're still trying to get a hold of the warehouse to see if the package was received. They've been saying this for 11 days now! I have the tracking information. They themselves have said multiple times they see on the computer it has been received, however I have yet to get my refund because they "are still checking to see if it was received."

I took a gamble ordering through this site because of the bad reviews, but went ahead with this route in order to save some money. I wholeheartedly regret this decision as I'm still out $235. I will never order from VIP Outlet again and I urge everybody else to do the same. I was going to leave a 4 star review afterwards as well- taking one star off for the trouble but keeping 4 for the refund. However, it seems like this site is a SCAM site and they do not plan on refunding. I will keep calling and fighting this, will update if I get my refund.

UPDATE:
After writing these reviews, I was fully refunded. I changed the rating to two stars because I had to fight for my refund. It should NEVER be this difficult to get a refund, especially when they were the ones who messed up. I would never want to go through that again, therefore could never recommend ordering through this site.

"Opening the web site promised 10% off for signing up for their newsletter. I did that but no discount was applied. I used their chat feature to find out that the web developers had disabled the code, so the discount was temporarily unavailable. I didn't find that to be great customer service. The person that helped me was immediately available and did apologize, but I would have preferred the discount that was advertised on their site."
