Update: after paying for my order and after 3 days of "Processing" the Chat support stated they do not have a phone for me and just Canceled my order..."

"I got an email with a promotion, the site wouldn't accept my login info, it finally worked, it wouldn't take my address because it was "already in use," then it wouldn't accept payment. Then it said it was processing but never confirmed payment. Customer service chat was unhelpful - telling me to cancel the order, but there was no order showing to cancel and I didn't want to cancel - I just wanted to confirm the order went through. Finally, it seems that it did not as I got an email the next day saying you were holding items in my cart. So I went back and tried again, and it confirmed my purchase. I hope I don't end up with multiples. The good news is it still gave me the sale price. "

"Don’t do it. Pay more and shop elsewhere. I made a purchase on 11/27. 4 minutes after the first purchase, another order was submitted but for $70 more than the first. This scared me so I immediately requested cancellation of both. The first order was canceled but they couldn’t access the second in the system. On 12/4, I was charged $240 for this order but they still couldn’t cancel. Yesterday the order changed from “pending” to “delivered”. An order was never made or received. Today I was told I will be refunded “sooner or later”. This is a nightmare!!! Do not order from this company. RUN!!! "

"Tried multiple times to place an order but each time it produced an error message saying the address was in use by another account. Customer service said the message meant I had set up another account somewhere and to check all my emails and delete the extra accounts. SO I tried. Only to find that not only did I have any extra accounts, but the one I did have, I couldn’t delete. I tried different browsers, different devices, different accounts with new emails and neighbor’s addresses. Nothing worked for two weeks till I tried today. It charged my credit card, at least. Got an email confirming my purchase, but my account says invalid order, so we’ll see. "
