"My first attempt to order was apparently unsuccessful, as I kept getting an error msg re the captcha security not being there, with no obvious way to get it to appear. So was the order placed? Unknown at this time. My second effort was successful, also apparently. No final ‘is this the order you want?’ opportunity, just a thanks, your order has been placed. I sincerely hope so."

"Captcha has a glitch that doesn't allow easy sign-in. Also requesting a password reset.....never received the email response. Chat is pretty useless too. BUT - you have great products at great prices."

"I originally had a 30% discount (30fathersday) and the item disappeared from my cart. When I tried to reload it, it said out of stock. Then I received an email saying the item was saved in my cart5 and to complete my purchase. It was not taking the 30% discount then. I called Customer Service and spoke with Raya. She said to pay for it and to call her to back once it ships and she would refund the correct amount. A lots of trouble and would have been simpler if she could have just adjusted the price. Kayla did a good job and solved the problem but in a longer manner."
