Unfortunately, when I entered my order information the price on two items increased. I spoke with Cheryl and she asked me to write to customer service, which I did. Unfortunately, Bruno said they would not honor the price on the reminder. I don’t understand this decision. I subsequently placed a smaller order than I would have had you honored the original price, So, you lost a larger sale and I paid more for something than I had expected to. As a first time customer this doesn’t give me confidence to return to VIPOutlet. "
"Tried multiple times to place the same order....system appeared to take payment, then oddly changed to canceled status. Either I have 4 or 5 of the same things coming or none at all? I just wanted to get a single item ordered and had to try 3 different platforms before I THINK one went thru? TIme will tell. "I purchased an apple ipad pro 128g on VipOutlet with 15% discount coupon. However, I received an apple ipad pro 64g, and it was not the latest model and the color was silver. Therefore, I send an email to their customer service about the situation. They told me to return the ipad pro back but they only offer a 10% discount coupon. Moreover, it would took a long time to receive the refund. I don't have extra money to buy a new one and I really need an ipad pro for studying now.
As a result , I decided to keep the ipad pro and told them to provide me partial refund . They replied me "Thank you for considering in keeping the item. We would be happy to ask the management for a possible partial refund to offer on this order, but before we do that we need to visually inspect the item. Could you please provide us with pictures of what you've described, serial number(s) and any labels on the box. Please include also the blue sticker that contains the TRG". After I provide all the pictures and videos, they asked me to return the ipad pro back without any reasonalbe explain for me. They waste my time and treat me like an idiot.
