"Took me over a half hour and 2 PHONE CALLS to order one item because their site “developer was working on an issue” with the cart. The first Cust Svc guy sounded half asleep, and told me to wipe my cache & cookies and try again...which I did (HUUUUGE lain for me because of all the windows I had open!!!) and I got the same issue & had to call again! Got hung up on...called a 3rd time. Lady was pleasant and knowledgeable about the issue. Kept saying “your mailing address is already in use” and to choose another shipping address??? I’m not going to ship it someplace else because your site is glitching out! OYYYYY! Told me to checkout as a guest...which finally worked. What a mess! I hope my UYEN arrives on time & as expected! "
