But I fact you drop ship from via Hong Kong, you say delivery time and I find that product is shipped when that delivery time has expired, you say 3 years warranty but at shopping cart this is an extra charge, overall I feel mislead, if was posing as a U.S. Company and then your goods where shipped from Australia how would you feel?"

"Ordered a group wedding gift from them almost 3 weeks ago. Got no confirmation. Eventually contacted them to see what had happened as shipping was advised no more than 7 days. They eventually found my order and said they needed to see a utility bill with my current address as proof of residence. They repeatedly asked for me to email across my credit card details as well which to me was all very annoying and very unusual. I have been in touch with customer service over the phone and they were fairly rude. I called to insist on a refund in full which i can expect in up to 8 business days. Not ideal when the wedding was now almost 2 weeks ago. Hopefully I will actually get my money back but I wont be holding my breath.
