"Returned my KangerTech, supposedly tested by their technicians, & supposedly a new one returned to me. Mod asked ONCE if a new coil was installed, then NEVER again, even after changing coil (my backup is still working as it has since day 1... change the battery, & of course the coil, & it asks if it has a new coil) Vapor Authority has stated they would credit the card used for purchase when the unit was returned & they don’t.
