Placed my order on Cyber Monday and received it on Happy kid Friday after selecting the free, USPS shipping option. When I placed my order I forgot to add my coupon. So I sent an email to request and see if they could change my order and add the coupon. They were more than happy to do so saving me an additional $19... all communications back and forth with customer service took minutes instead of hours or days. After explaining my issues with not being able to afford any more coils until next month and how much I had counted on the ones I had bought to work, Cameron was so generous and kind and sent new coils out to me!
