"I was looking all over and couldn't find my coils at a decent price. I then stumbled across Vapor Authority and figured I'd give them a try as I hadn't previously done business with them. The prices were excellent... well below others that had these in stock (in my case). The order shipped within a couple days. Unfortunately, I chose USPS shipping and so it took a few weeks to get my order. I don't fault VA for that in any way. In fact, I contacted them about my order via email and they replied that day. As luck would have it, my order arrived that day too (way to go US Postal System /sarcasm). I let them know and again, Caroline responded within hours.
