"I am incredibly angry with this company. I paid 20$ extra to ensure that I got my product by a certain date, it was imperative that I got my order by this date, and a day later, still don't have it. I cannot believe that I paid for OVERNIGHT shipping and a week later, still don't have it. "
"I was surprised to see the amount of bad reviews written for VistaPrint. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. My fiance orders everything for his business, from business cards to posters and personalized pens, keychains, etc. through VistaPrint, and couldn't be happier with their product. We recently created custom wedding invitations and ordered them through the site. They arrived on time and looked exactly how they were on the site, on very good quality paper with engraved lettering. Everything was perfect... until I realized that I had put the wrong day on the invitations. I wrote to customer service and told them of my faux pas and asked if there was any way I could get some sort of discount with a reorder since I would only need invitations since the envelopes and RSVP cards were still perfect.
I was not expecting to get any sort of deal, I just thought I'd reach out just in case. They contacted me within 24 hours and gave me a credit to not only reorder the cards, but they credited me enough to cover Rush shipping as well. Due to an error, they had to delay my shipping a day (really two days, since it was a holiday), and then credited me back the shipping amount. So I currently have a credit still with them that I need to figure out how to spend (wedding guest gifts, most likely).
I am so incredibly impressed with the customer service at VistaPrint, as well as the quality of their product. I already liked the company to begin with, but now I will be telling all of my friends to go through them. Outstanding!"
"My complaint about my vistaprint order is not with the card order itself, my business cards arrived as expected. However I want to save you a boatload of money by encouraging potential customers to ignore the skillful marketing tactics that got me to spend $130 on 1000 cards, 50 business card magnets and 140 return address labels. All you really need is to order the bare minimum which is 250 cards. The reason being is you only need take a pic of one biz card to send via text message. Don't get sucked into the skilfully timed marketing that occurs when placing your order because you don't want to be a fool like me parting with $130 for a paper product in the digital age. Everyone I meet who is interested in my businesses card asks me to text them my business card because it's easier for them access it whenever they need it. Nuff said"
"I ordered a custom iphone case for my anniversary with my girlfriend. I recieved my case, and it wasnt exactly what i wanted, but customer care sent me a complimentary case for the mistake and let me keep the old one. Great customer service, fast shipping. Definately worth your time, I am a future customer."
"My personal experience with vistaprint has been un-clear and confusing. I got a website from them and it was anything but user-friendly. I am sorry vistaprint but you need to update youe templetes and not charge money for everthing like changing your background colors and such. Plus, you charge way too much per month. I just went to godaddy and paid 47 for the entire year and the templates and ability to customized are way better. Take a note and do a serious revamping of your site and re-consider the charge amongst other thigns and mayyyybe ill come back. Oh yeh and requesting the EPP code is a nightmare. Its my domain name....yet i have to jump through 350 hoops in order to release it?! Wow. Im just speaking m experience. However, i hear the card and printing services are gret. Maybe ill stick to that!"
"I tried their free one month email service and then realized another company was cheaper and offered more, so I cancelled it and went to transfer my email to the new company and could not because vista print held the rights to my email domain name and I had to buy my domain name from them in order to transfer it to the new company. Vista print did not disclose anywhere in writing before I bought my account that they held the rights and to make it worse they failed to disclose, if I transferred the domain, it would be held for 60 days. So now I have no way for my customers to contact me for 60 days. They are useless and unethical in their practices of customer service. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY for website or email hosting!!!"
"Vistaprint changed the price of my order after I approved the charges.
That's right, I reviewed the total, pressed the button to charge and they charged me more than double!!!
When I called support to complain, a recording said customer support is down due to technical issues or something similar."
"Decent product, but bad shipping procedure. My postcards were not boxed or shrinkwrapped to keep them in a stack during shipping. They were just thrown haphazardly into an oversized paper envelope and sent out. During shipping, the cards knocked and bumped into each other, causing dents and tears on some of them. These cards are supposed to be handed (in person) to potential clients. Now I have a bunch that are not presentable, even to my cat. I was amazed how bad the packaging was, considering VistaPrint does a lot of advertising through different media outlets."
"I am a state government inspector who screwed up my business card proof that the state ordered so I turned to Vistaprint for an out of pocket purchase for replacements. I ordered the cards and a few days later started reading one bad review after another. I have worried about the poor quality that I might be getting in the mail for over a week. They arrived this afternoon and I am extremely pleased. I am not sure what may have happened with so many people, but my cards look exactly as displayed when I ordered them with excellent clarity and vibrant colors. I am sure that I will be the envy of the office because the quality and design are much nicer than what all of us just received through the state."
"I ordered cards via their website after hearing about them on the radio. For about half the price that I would have paid a local retailer, I received beautiful cards that I will be proud to hand out in court and to clients (I'm an attorney.) It was super-easy to order the cards and design them on VistaPrint's website, as well."
"Customer Service escalated a dispute to the management. Well handled. "
"While I found the exact products for my wedding that I wanted the whole experience had made me want to cancel my whole order and spend more on money with a company that is able to fulfill my shipping needs. Vistaprint is requiring me to have my wedding invitations mailed to someone else that lives an hour and a half away from me because the U.S. post office doesn't deliver mail to any houses in my county in CO. In addition, since the mailing and billing address didn't match I wasn't able to pay by my preference method of PayPal. Overall, after spending the time online making and placing my order it took an addition as l hour on the phone getting my order placed. I just hope it comes out right!"
"I ordered 500 business cards and the quality is catastrophic. The cut is not straight so the cards are not rectangular. in certain cases the edges are colored by whatever is on the opposite side of the cut. The 300g paper is quite flimsy too. Some of the cards were damaged in transport and had crushed corners.
Afterwards they might be cheap but if you cant use the cards then it amounts to burning the money paid to vistaprint.

"I understand that no company is perfect and no matter how a good the company, there will always be some issues. With that said, I can confidently say that Vista Print is an all around terrible company. I gave them the benefit of the doubt several times until I determined that they are complete garbage. Quick recap: First job was business cards. Out of 2,500 of them, only a few hundred were actually usable because the corners we so smashed in the shipping process. I called and was assured that it wouldn't happen again. Re-ordered the business cards along with 2,500 letterhead cover pages. AGAIN, the business cards and the letter head where so smashed that the majority were not usable. Called them several times to try to get a refund. They agreed to send me a new print of both jobs. This time the business cards were put into 2 boxed and well handled. Its just to bad that most of them were actually printed crooked and had a big white strip along the side. Plus the blue color on the first few hundred where completely different from the blue color from the next few hundred. Just plain terrible. Oh, and I almost forgot, the letter head was all smashed up again."
"Terrible customer support.. They sent me two orders, even though I just made one order of cards. They charged me for both orders and refused to give me my money back!! I'll never use them again:-("
