I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews but I got everything for $70 so I thought that I would give it a try. Everything was GREAT! Everything looked exactly as I had hoped that it would. I ordered on a Sunday evening and paid for the 7 day shipping. I received my package 5 DAYS EARLY!!! You can't beat that for customer service. I will not hesitate to use them in the future for all of my business needs. "

"I ordered business cards which were supposed to have a BLACK background. I also ordered matching items (return address labels, a polo shirt, etc.,) and they ARE BLACK! However, EVEN THOUGH THEY'VE TRIED TWICE TO GET THE BUSINESS CARDS TO BE BLACK, THEY'RE BROWN!!!!!!!!! My business colors are black and hot pink...EXCEPT for my BROWN business cards! I give up! I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!

"I took a chance and ordered postcards and white envelopes off VistaPrint.com (I placed two separate orders on the same day.) I was pleasantly surprised to see that both would be shipping together. That's where the pleasantness stopped. I tracked my order, and it said "in transit" and then the "UPS Mail Innovations" had passed off my order to our local post office. On the day it was to arrive, I received Order #1: JUST postcards. White envelopes (that I paid for) were not included. When I checked tracking to see where Order #2 was, it just said, "tendered to local post office." On the following Monday (as this was a Saturday that partial Order #1 was received,) I logged in, and "UPS Proof of Delivery" showed BOTH orders had arrived at our home. The actual "proof of delivery" was merely, "GA, US:" no indication of a signature, where it was left, etc. We never received Order #2. I contacted Customer Service via e-mail, and I never received a response. I called and was told that the order showed it had been delivered. While $40 total for both Orders may not be a lot of money to some folks, it's still $40 that was taken from us. "

"I honestly do not care for the underhanded ways in which Vistaprint tricks the clients. From emails with FREE items that you end up being charged for, or the fine print that isn't very clear, to the discount coupons that don’t really work. I have tried the 25% off offers that seem to come with every order, only to have the cart items end up costing more after entering in the coupon. I also received an offer to save 80% but the prices were the same as always???

I will be VERY VERY careful IF I ever order anything Vistaprint again. It is truly a BUYER BEWARE situation.

"Deceptive, dishonest advertising!!! I recently followed one of their ads as an American Express business partner. The ad promised 250 FREE business cards. Long story short, you can't get FREE business cards. You go through the whole process, giving them your full personal info and then they won't send you the FREE cards. You MUST pay for a minimum amount of business cards or you get NOTHING.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!"

"We ordered our wedding invitations (response cards and the whole shabang) from Vista, and they turned out great. For about $450 we received the full package for 200 invitations. Could not find a less expensive way to do these besides our initial attempt to order from a company in China, which we did not like the quality of them, so we canceled, receiving a full refund. My fiance does business regularly with Vista Print and is always pleased. We joked that it looks like it's our own brand since we chose a style that lets you input your initials into the design. I could not be happier with all of the invitations/envelopes, and we received them all earlier than expected, since we opted for slowest/cheapest delivery....unless you are in a rush, I would suggest doing this, as they send you them, as they are made - we received two separate shipments, both within 2 weeks (instead of 3 weeks, as expected). Professional, detail-oriented, valuable, customer service oriented company. Thank you, Vista Print!

"I had a great experience. I ordered 70 invitations, 84 envelope seals and 140 return address labels for my wedding. The total cost, including shipping, was $58. I had chosen slow 21-day shipping (as it was free with the deal I was receiving) and my order still arrived within 4 business days. All products were great - bright colours and exactly as displayed online.

For people concerned about their credit card, vistaprint offers PayPal payment.

I would definitely use them again. "

"I am very happy with the quality of the shirts and mugs that I ordered. The print looks great, especially on the white shirts. I ordered twice from them and received everything in time, even earlier than it was estimated. The price was fair, I would say cheap. They had a special Christmas sale, so I saved 50% on my order.

"Don't be fooled by their initial claims of being cheaply priced! They hit you with hidden fees LATE in the process. They also charged an 'upload fee' for me to upload photos to use for a calendar.

They sold my name and address to a marketing company (2 M Media Group) when I explicitly stated NOT TO DO SO. They will probably do this to you if you simply make an account! I have items arriving at my door that I didn't request or order (or even knew existed!) or approve payment of. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

"Dishonest Company!!! (Fraudulently used my credit card number! I'll never feel safe ordering from them again.)

I purchased some business cards from VistaPrint about two years ago, and at the time I was fairly satisfied with the order. I haven't needed to place another order with them since then, and I haven't even been back to their web site.

So imagine my surprise when two Months ago I started seeing a $19/month charge for something called BusinessMax, which I had never heard of! When I called my credit card comapany to dispute the charge, I learned that BusinessMax is some kind of membership run by VistaPrint. It's one of those useless things that people 'accidentally' sign up for sometimes when they're placing an order online. But in my case, I had not even been to the VistaPrint web site (much less placed an order) in over 2 Years!! This means that VistaPrint re-used my credit card number they had on file from my earlier purchase 2 years ago, and just randomly started billing me for a BusinessMax membership.

Luckily, my credit card company did refund all of the disputed charges since VistaPrint couldn't provide any evidence that I had authorized the charge. When I called VistaPrint directly to complain about this fruad, they never admitted any wrongdoing or even any "error" on their part.

Even though I was initially happy with the product I ordered, I'll never feel safe ordering from them again. In the long run it's too bad for them, because they could have made some 'honest' money off of me with future purchases. I'm currently shopping for new business cards and stationary, but I'll never shop with them again. Oh well, sucks for them....

"I have just started a business and used VistaPrint for business cards and postcards and a tshirt, wow I was blown away the colours are bright and gorgeous the business card smaller than i expected but amazing quality. I was thrilled, I read the reviews (after ordering) and read so many bad ones i was worried, but really had to write this, please use t hem you wont be dissapointed. I dont know anywhere you can get postcards like this for this price. Dont waste your time or money going elsewhere and dont get scared off by the bad reviews all over the place, I wonder who is doing it as it doesnt make sense. Oh and I got them in 3 days at xmas time to..."

"I rarely write product reviews, but felt I had to share my experience.

I chose VistaPrint for my Christmas photo cards because, quite frankly, they were less expensive than other vendors. I'd read the reviews and was terrified that I would receive hideous cards feeling like it was a huge risk to take for a few dollars, but times are tough, right? I just kept my expectations low.

My outcome:
* Gorgeous Christmas Cards with vivid color printed on quality paper stock.

* They arrived in 3 days despite standard shipping which gave them up to 10 days

I've gotten so many compliments on the cards and even feel little regret for having paid so much more before.

I'll definitely use them again next year!"

BUT, and I am a very picky consumer, I was HUGELY IMPRESSED by the print quality and vividness of the color on the business cards, note pads, etc., that I ordered. And they do try to sell you a lot of other items as you check out, but as long as you are patient, you will get your money's worth with VistaPrint. I have already put in another order with them. 5 stars."
