"I am beyond upset by this company - they have misled me, false advertised and ripped me off of $50 for 3-day shipping and it's been over 10 days and still no order. No tracking number they can give me to track my order - and when I called Customer Service (multiple times) all I got was a ' it will arrive pretty soon' answer from the most unhelpful women who barely spoke English. This was the absolute worse experience ever - and my Christmas gift photos books are missing; and I paid over $100 for them. Next time I will just stick with Costco or Shutterfly who are reliable and care about their Customers!"
"First, I placed an order for save the date magnets. The price was excellent. The magnets turned out great and I received them significantly faster than I thought I would.
Now, I'm looking at envelopes for my invitations. I found something at vistaprint but couldn't tell on my computer screen if they were grey or more of a dark brown, I called customer service and they were awesome! He told me that it was in fact brown but after placing me on hold for a moment, he told me to go back into my cart and voila! they were there in grey the color i wanted! I know this is simple but i would have expected them to say sorry and that be the end of it or even worse, they could have lied and said they weren't brown, but instead, they gave me a custom made colored envelope. When I order, I hope to find the same quality of shipment as i did previously, I'll let you know."

"If you are buying for business purposes and have a deadline DO NOT USE Vistaprint!! I have made three order for support materials for trade shows and Vistaprint screwed up two of them. One order arrived damaged due to very poor packing and the second order failed to ship. This one disappeared into the ether between Vistaprint and the courier. Vistaprint claim that the package was collected and Parcelforce claim it wasn't. The tracking number I was given by Vistaprint contained no data whatsoever. The upshot was that, on two occasions, my sales personnel had to go to a trade show without the support materials they needed in order to do their jobs. Vistaprint might be cheap but the consequential losses (through lost sales) can easily eclipse any savings you might make. BUYER BEWARE!"
"I ordered some business cards from Vistaprint because I needed some for a conference that I would be attending 2 weeks after my order. Well a week passed, two weeks passed and nothing. I contacted vistaprint and they weren't sure what happened. I ended up looking very unprofessional without any business cards the day of the conference. The worst part about it is that I was told that I could not have a refund until 1 or 2 billing cycles. It is now Mid November and no money. I will never do business with Vistaprint and I will let friends and family know that they shouldn't either. Buyer beware!!!!"
"I was very happy with my VistaPrint order. I purchased 40 announcements and got 10 free announcements. The announcements I paid for were great because printing quality was good and there were no mistakes. I free announcements had a flaw and the VistaPrint logo but it was FREE so I can't complain. I also got an address stamp which was great. I had my order within 11 calendar days because I paid $5.00 extra for fast (not 3-day) shipping. There are a lot of free orders and promotions after I "set up" my announcements on the VistaPrint webpage but I just clicked through the mine field and all was well. "
"In my experience, for the price/quality balance, you can't beat Vistaprint, even if the site is a little gimmicky.
As long as you remain savvy when shopping, you can actually score some pretty good deals from Vistaprint. Always look for a coupon for the item you want, but remember that you WILL pay for "free items" in shipping. While their "free products" might seem misleading, it's pretty obvious that Vistaprint couldn't afford to send out a bunch of items for nothing.
Having said that, I have received all of the items I ordered. Most of the items are of good quality that would pass in most situations, but if you want something super nice or fancy, find a better print shop. The lowest shipping option is quite slow, but they do give you an accurate time estimate. If you need the items faster, you have the option; I have purchased their fastest shipping rate, and receiving my banners within three days.
One important thing to note is that Vistaprint will spam the heck out of you. They will send gimmicky emails every day. Make sure you don't give them an important email. "

"I have ordered three sets of labels from Vistaprint and have never had a problem. Their prices are lower than those on another site I'd used in the past and their shipping is faster. The designs I ordered were not elaborate nor were they custom designs, so I don't know how they rate when it comes to that. So far, though, I'm satisfied."

"VistaPrint sends out mass-produced, poor quality products. We ordered our wedding thank you cards from them-- and while we did receive our order when it was promised, the cards were printed crookedly, some had crop marks, some had the words cut off, and some of the fold scores were crooked. It was just so evident that there was no care taken on any of it, and we are soo extremely disappointed. This has been a waste of money and time."
"Last year or so I ordered some business cards to see the quality that they put out, turned out to be excellent. Now I am always buying something from them their pricing is very competitive and they send you e-mails for free product, all your have to do is pay for shipping which isn't very much. Of course the more free thing you get the more the shipping is. This is a great place for all your printing need from business to family and fun, mugs t-shirts, key chains what have you. Try them you will like them."
"POOR QUALITY FROM VISTA PRINT
Having used Vistaprint for a number of years as a Business user here in the UK I have had no real problems until this order.
Only part of our order arrived and the business cards have been cropped / printed incorrectly.
The bottom section of the card is cropped off and there is a thick white line at the top.
We reported this to one of Vistaprints advisors by telephone and we were told that this was not their fault and was down to us accepting the "online" approval.
Guess what ? The online approval and edit previews show the cards perfectly with no cropping and no white line !
They have offered a partial refund towards some of the costs but we are most definately out of pocket and have a huge amount of business cards that look like they were printed by an amateur !
Something has changed within Vistaprint and we feel that there is not the quality / support that there used to be.
We hope you have a better experience than we did.

"**AWFUL!!! MUST READ MY REVIEW** I order my FIRST set of wedding thank you cards in April of 2010. My wedding date was in August of 2010 so I wanted to ensure I had them in time. I kept checking on the status of my order and it kept saying "processing." By mid June I was getting very frustrated. Keep in mind I had an order number, confirmation email, etc. of my order. I finally contacted VISTAPRINT about my order and they pretty much said my order was not on record and was never placed. So, I let them know how unhappy I was with them so they did give me a discount on my SECOND order (of the same wedding thank you cards I previously ordered). I thought maybe it was just a mistake and I looked past it and reordered the cards. This was in the middle of June of 2010. As I kept checking the status, it once again said it was still "processing." Well, I decided to contact them AGAIN towards the end of July and they once again told me there wasn't an order on file (however, I had yet another order number and confirmation email from them). After I responded about how furious I was because these were my WEDDING thank you cards, I received another email from them saying to check my bank account because maybe I didn't have enough funds to place the order. I was furious. I KNEW this was not the case as my husband and I were getting marrid in Hawaii, so if I couldn't afford thank you cards, then I def. wouldn't be getting married in Hawaii. Keep in mind I was the one that had to contact them regarding my order. I never had anyone from that company email or call me letting me know there was an issue with my order. I was just waiting and waiting for it til I had enough! VISTAPRINT is a horrible company and I want to warn everyone not to use them!!! "
