"I have been ordering from VITACOST quite a bit lately.
My last order #615321490 had 2 smashed soup cans that got all over my shipment & it was an extreme mess.
It was the worst shipping ever & I emailed several pics to you.
What a disappointment as I had to throw out the packing papers, the carton plus the 2 soups.
I received a credit for the 2 soups but I feel that I should receive some kind of a credit for having to clean up such a mess.
I have an autoship delivery coming up in a few days & I hope that this shipment is neat & in good order.
