"HORRIBLE customer service! I'm not difficult, but I do expect communication, especially when there is an issue. I see they barely have 1 star on here and that's about right...funny that the 5-stars are the first reviews you see. I agree, great prices, but it's been 3 weeks now and I don't have a product. The original purchase was damaged in shipping and I figured that does happen and it would be handled. I emailed--no response. I called and after the guy mumbled something he hung up on me! I waited a few days, no response.....called back this morning and was told "we're not going to reship". WHAT? How do they sell ANYTHING!? Accidents do happen in shipping. Their customer service is so bad, now I have to track and make sure I get a credit. When I called today to check on it, I was frustrated. I asked why no one communicated any of this with me and was once again HUNG UP ON! Seriously!? This is how they handle themselves? There are too many options with the internet. Will NEVER buy from this place again. I'd rather pay more if it means a pleasant transaction and that I will actually get the item. HORRIBLE COMPANY! "

"in reading what a lot of people wrote I agree with the rudeness of the seller. the worst customer service ever. old product and then makes you pay for returning it. didn't take responsibility for shipping to wrong address so it got sent all over the place and box was damaged. plus he sent the wrong product for one item.

use someone else, and I buy a lot on line.

the first time was fine, the second time was a disaster.

"I wish I researched this company before buying from them. They never pick up their phone. They do not answer emails either. I will never order from them again.

I suggest to anyone else, dispute their order with your Credit Card company.

Do not order from these people. They don't deserve to be in business.

"Horrible seller. They don't let you know items from your order are not in stock until you discover this on the packing slip with the rest of your order. It's been three weeks of contacting them and they have not shipped or refunded my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!"

"I was appalled by my recent customer service experience with Vitaglo, the website associated with this business name.

One of the products in my order (coconut oil) had what appeared to be mold in the jar -- small green sediment at the bottom of the jar. Upon inspection, I noted that the product expires in one month (June 2011). When I called, I was told to send it back if I didn't want it. I asked if he meant postage due. He said no -- they don't pay for return shipping. He must have pulled another jar from stock and said he could see what I meant but was sure it was fine and I had like two months to use it anyway. He wasn't very polite (put me on hold twice without asking if he could put me on hold, which is pretty standard) nor service oriented, so I asked to speak to a manager. He told me there is no manager... he's the owner. He repeated that I should send it back if I didn't want it and hung up on me.

I buy a LOT online. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Sadly, the package was wrapped well and shipped quickly. If it wasn't for the nastiness on the phone -- it would have been a much better experience.

"hi. i just came across this vitaglo review forum. i used to work for the vitamin shoppe. i know good prices when i see them. vitaglo has the best prices on all the supplements (mostly sports supplements) around. even better than BB.com (VS is WAY down on the list)....plus free shipping (over $50). i placed my order for $200 of supplements. a week later i called to check status. i was told there was something on backorder and the order was shipping "today". 10 days from my order day two packages showed up on the same day as indicated. one UPS and one USPS. the USPS was the backorder. my order was complete and liquids wrapped in bubble wrap. i my experience their phone customer service is a little rough. i could see how some have had unpleasant experiences over the phone. then again if you are an ass, you might get and ass replying. however for me, my first order went well. i will continue to use them as long as they do a good job and provide satisfactory CS. i know now that it may take two weeks lead time to get my order. their policy says 7-10 day, and thats what it took, 10days....im good with that, and ill plan for it. cheap prices have a cost buried in there somewhere!"

"Just had the worst customer service over the phone. I was calling to let these peoplpe know how badly wrapped my package was. I think I talked to the owner, (it seems like it is a person ran business) and he just laughed at me and hung up. Who does that? This is the worst online buying experience I've had in the last 10 years. Beware, beware..."

"I'm surprised that there are ANY good reviews for this company. The guy who runs it is the rudest person I have ever come across. He sent me Naturtint hair color in a box that had a prominent warning to keep the contents frozen at all times. UPS misdelivered it to my neighbor, who followed the directions and put it in her freezer overnight, thereby ruining the hair color (I checked with the manufacturer and they advised not to use it if it had been frozen). He refused to take responsibility for HIS mistake, made me return the package at my expense, and after stalling as long as possible, finally refunded my money MINUS his shipping cost. I'm sure he resold the ruined hair color to some poor unsuspecting customer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS GUY unless you are looking for trouble."

"I have been using Vitaglo to order vitamins liquid and capsules for over 2 yrs, I am very pleased with the speed of the shipment arriving within days and with the packaging. Everything is always well packed and secure and nothing has ever been broken or damaged. I would recomend Vitaglo to anyone for fast service and speed and packaging. Some of the reviews made are rediculous that I have read, it is a wonderful company. At Xmas I ordered on Monday and had the product by the weekend, you can't get faster than that.... GOOD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH ALWAYS.. P.S. Another time I placed an order, remembered an hour later I had forgotten something, placed another order and called them, they combined it for me and no problem with the shipping... "

"I've placed two separate orders from this online retailer. The orders were for Naturtint hair color.

Both times I placed the order I was pleased with how fast they shipped the product and it's contents. They offered the lowest price and I was a bit hesitant with placing the order, but went through anyways. My products arrived safely and they were as described.

I'm not sure why the ratings are so low for this reseller but I would do business with them again if I needed to purchase something.

"DO NOT use this company!!! I placed an order on 2/13/11 and received a confirmation email. 3 weeks later still hadn't received my order or any contact from the company. I checked on the website and it appeared my order hadn't even been processed. So I emailed them on 3/5/11 and didn't get a response. So I called them on 3/8/11 and he said, "Ya, got your email. We can't get the item..." and hung up on me! No apology, nothing!!!"

Vitaglo prices are unbeatable.
About a week after the order date I needed to call the company and to check where my order is, I was replied that it would be shipped immediately, and indeed it arrived very quickly.

Overall I'm very satisfied and will but again in the future.

"I AGREE. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!! A $20 BOTTLE OF LIQUID VITAMINS ARRIVED CRACKED, UNSEALED AND SPILLED IN THE BOX!! THEY DO NOT PACKAGE CAREFULLY!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
