I ordered 2 superpump max from Vitaglo.com on Jan 25th 2010, good price too, unfortunately he was chaining me because it was not available. After two weeks I still had not recieved my order. I called and he said they were out, I said he could replace with jak3d and he said it would go out that day. Now it is the 15th of February and I called this morning and he said my order never went out.?? what?? I asked why not and he HUNG UP on me. Are you serious, I thought this was a business, After calling back 3 times and being hung up on 3 times I had my buddy who I refered cancel his order as well. He hung up on him as well. Terrible customer service! Take it from me you will be sorry if you order from this guy!!!"
"NEVER, EVER, EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! No matter how much you are tempted based on cheap pricing or deals, DO NOT GIVE VITAGLO YOUR BUSINESS!
The total for my order was $128.13. However, I did not receive 5 of the items I ordered: these items totaled $19.79. So 128.13 - 19.79 = 108.34. However, on the order form sent with the items, there were two totals listed: $128.13 and $10.57. I checked my credit card activity and $128.13 was charged on 12/10/10 and an additional $10.57 charged on 12/16/10. So that's a total of $138.70 charged to my account even though the total of all the items I ordered was only $128.13 and I actually only received items totaling $108.34. That is an excess charge of $30.36.
I have repeatedly emailed the company, receiving a very brief response over a month after I sent the first of several emails pointing out the error. Whoever sent the email briefly denied the problem and even after sending more follow-up emails with copies of my credit statement, I haven't gotten another response. This company has SCAM all over it.
Vitaglo is absolutely terrible... they need to be put out of business or have a consumer lawsuit made against them since I'm sure I'm not the only one who was overcharged.

"i bought 5 of the probiotics 30cap, 50billion for 22.79. and i received them 2 days after ordered. they sent me all 5 were no good. i called the manufacture. and they also confirmed that they were no good. the caps were dark beige-brown. and the inside shrunk. i called vitaglo, and the guy answered. he said that he was no way in hell that he was going to return to replace or refund. he hung up on me. then i called him again and he said that i was bugging him and to never call them again. i filed a formal complaint with the attorney generals office to investigate. my mom took 4 of these pills, and shes getting sick. no rights for the consumer."
"I just wanted to chime in, because I've ordered from Vitaglo a couple of times and have not had any problems. That said, I generally order only Nordic Naturals products from them...I don't order any cookies, anything that's generally perishable or otherwise esoteric. They're far cheaper on Nordic products than most of the competing sites I've checked. I usually get shipment notifications within a day or two, and the products within a couple days after that."
"STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I received a damaged bottle of a liquid product, which had half leaked out into the package. When I called the company, the man I spoke to was very short and rude with me. He said, "We don't replace products. You will just have to put the product into another container". I also received in this order, hairspray in a Giovanni bottle which was not Giovanni hairspray. I have used this brand for years, and what was in this bottle neither smelled nor performed like Giovanni. In addition, I received a ParaGone kit which was badly crushed in spite of being in packing materials. The outside box was not crushed, which means it was damaged when packed. I'm telling everyone I know not to do business with Vitaglo."

They treat their customers like crap!! They lie and never deliver any of the products that you order. I contacted them prior to placing my order to make sure that they had the items in stock. They verified and promissed that I would receive my order within just a few days. After not receiving the items, I contacted them again. I was told that the order just went out and I should have it any day. So again I waited and again I did not receive anything. The person that answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE and short on the phone. The last time I called, he yelled at me and hung up the phone on me! "Placed an order on 8/12. Contacted customer service via email after a week had passed to ask if the order had shipped. Received no response. Contacted customer service via email after a second week had passed to ask if the order had shipped. Received no response. Called customer service one month after placing my order to get a status. After a long hold and several transfers, I was told that the order must be canceled because they don't have the products I ordered.
You would think that the company would have contacted me if they could not fulfill my order with the 30 days that I waited for my order to arrive. Very poor communication customer service. Lost me as a customer."

"BEWARE!!!!! Take your business elsewhere. I wish I had read the reviews on Vitaglo before I had ordered. They are all so true! I was short changed on my order. I had written an e-mail bringing this to their attention. It took 3 e-mails before anyone responded, which was 2 weeks later. He said he would look into it and get back to me that day but never did. After 5 more days I called. What a mistake! I'm 55 years old and I have never been talked to, by a sales person, like that in my life. I don't know weather to laugh or cry. This guy has no idea how to treat a customer or even talk to another human being. He put me on hold and after about 5 minutes I hung up and redialed. You really don't know if the connection has been lost or what because there is no music, recording, no one gets back to you. I called back several times because he kept putting me on hold, hung up on me a few times and finally when I was able to speak a few words he talked over my voice. He told me I hung up on him and I said no one ever came back to the phone. He said to me who do you think you are, the Queen of Sheba? My husband eventually had to call using a different number. My husband stayed on the line the whole time waiting for him to come back to the phone after being put on hold. My husband explained the situation and this guy told him as far as he was concerned the order was correct and next time we ordered he would give us the rest of the soap that we had paid for. After all this does he really think we would order from Vitaglo again?? I have no idea how someone like this stays in business. I can't imagine it be too much longer, treating customers who are ordering from him and helping him earn a living, like they are an absolute nuisance! Don't order from someone who has such disdain for the customer, take your business elsewhere!!"
"BUYER BEWARE! I will never order from Vitaglo again! The prices are great but the customer service is appalling. The true character of a man (company) is revealed when the situation is difficult, not when it is easy. I have been a customer for 2 years ordering 6 times with no problems…except the last time. Two of the four bottles of a supplement I ordered were the wrong product. I e-mailed the company; Mike immediately called me instructing me to send back the wrong product and he would ship the correct product and refund me the return postage. He did ship the correct product and I promptly returned the wrong product. Over the next 3 months I e-mailed him 8 times requesting my postage refund. After numerous e-mails, Mike responded once saying he’d issue the refund on Monday…after 6 weeks and many more e-mails requesting my refund, STILL NO REFUND! "I wish I would have read the reviews on this site before I made my purchase. My brother has been using them for years and hasn't had any problems, so I thought I'd be ok...boy was I wrong. I purchased my order over two weeks ago and my credit card was charged 2 weeks ago. Customer service is awful - I've sent them two emails asking them what the problem is and I finally called UPS to see if they could help me out with the tracking number. UPS tells me that it looks like the shipper used the same tracking label for a couple of different shipments...wonderful.
So, I finally call the seller# from the website and he is extremely rude and said that they are "working on it". When asked what that meant, they didn't really have an answer. Since it was a food item, I asked what happens if it shows up melted, ruined, etc, and they told me that it wasn't their problem - I should take it up with UPS. They gave me no reassurances that everything will be taken care of, so at this point, it looks like the shipment is not going to arrive. I have no ETA on this package that was scheduled to arrive last week. I'm going to give it a couple of days before I dispute the charge on my credit card - it's hard to believe anyone would treat their customers this way and expect to stay in business. I will updated this post if the package does arrive and I get some kind of explanation as to what happened."
