"Ordered a product and decided to cancel the next day and called to cancel. Agent on phone (foreign call center) said okay. Never received email it was cancelled. A week later item arrived unexpectedly. I did not get a tracking notification when it shipped. I called to return it, again the agent in the foreign call center said okay I would get an RMA. It has been 3 business an no email.
Also, I paid for 2-3 shipping. It arrived 5 business days later. 7 calendar days. It appears this item drop shipped from manufacturer. The return address is 25 minutes from my house, but the package actually came from Puerto Rico when I look at the shipping history on USPS.
Also, no shortage of emails from spamming me with other products...daily event.

"i was trying to replicate an order that I placed several months ago.
Apparently one of the SKUs had changed and had a replaced by SKU.
But your system did not easily bring this up. I had to research a couple different items to find where it was noted that this was a replacement for the original.
