"Within 24 hours of my order, I was informed that I purchased the wrong walker. I called customer service and was told that their systems were down, but that the order hadn't shipped. However, customer service could not give me a credit or stop the shipment. I called several times and was given the same information. Finally, after one week, the item that I was trying to cancel was delivered and I then received a notice that it had shipped. I was given an opportunity to ship it back, but the shipping price was equivalent to the purchase price. I will donate it. I will never use this vendor again and will not recommend the vendor to anyone."
