"I ordered my item from my last previous order; so I know for a fact that I ordered the right item. It got backordered and a different product was sent. I chatted, called, emailed and got nowhere for weeks. Was told a manager would call me back the same day and that was weeks ago and I still have not heard from them. No one would listen to me as to what happened….they just kept telling me “that’s what you ordered and we can’t help you.” For a customer who spends $100+ a month at this company for my medical needs, I cannot tell you how disappointed I was in the customer service and lack of response. Over a month later, I finally got a return request from them with no apology, no return call, nothing but a return label. I will definitely be looking into business elsewhere."
