When I had previously accidentally ordered the wrong item in haste, Vitality's phone customer service team was very gracious and helpful, and they worked with me to quickly get a correct order to my door (despite that it was MY mistake that caused the order to be wrong in the first place). They even followed up to be sure I got he right order afterward.

System wouldn't accept the coupon code - returned a message saying the code wasn't valid. This was a code Vitality sent to me - not one I found on the internet. Another reminder of why I avoid ordering my husband's supplies from Vitality."
