"Had to call customer service multiple times to get the 'free shipping' for subscription. It disappeared each time I tried to check out online. When I called for assistance, I was disconnected multiple times. When I called back, the amount i had to order went up to min $75 vs the $49 indicated on website. Very frustrating. I placed the order but won't be reordering if I have to go through this hassle every time to get what is shown on the website. Also, discount codes sent via email and text never worked. they showed as expired even within an hour of receiving them. "
