"A couple days after ordering I realized they were sending the wrong item. I called but was told it was too late to stop the order. I had to pay for a new corrected order. Weeks later, after sending back the first order, I'm still waiting for an acknowledgement of the return and a refund. I called about it but was told it could take weeks for processing.
