"Easy search, easy check out. I am so happy to find this. I needed a new one because they keep changing the shape of my inhalers. So the one that I have now is ruined from my circle inhalers. Check out was easy because I use Apple Pay a lot and I was able to use it on this website. So thank you so much. Also, it wasn’t even expensive. This inhaler spacer works so well. That I just needed to buy another one. It lets me know if I breath in too fast and help the medication get into my lungs fully. Without it, I feel like the inhaler doesn’t work as well. So all and all, very happy!!"

"I ordered a bariatric air mattress from Vitality because mine had failed. Paid extra to get delivery in 3-5 days. $600.00 product was delivered 12 days later. I had to rent an air mattress from local medical supply co., at $250.00/month. Customer service refunded $2.26 and apologized for delay. If you cannot deliver on time you should not take advantage of the public who is trusting Vitality to fulfill their end of the bargain. I live in Washington State. Vitality is in Utah. I figured they could ship quickly but I found out later that the source company is in New York state. They shipped it Fed-ex ground from NY to WA. Not at all what I paid for. Disappointed in WA."

"The products ordered remain of high quality. That is an important factor - others have similar products and are less expensive, but they lack the quality needed on this end.
Delivery continues to be on time, if not earlier than quoted, which is not an issue.
The prices skyrocketed since the last order and while understanding the cost for everything has increased dramatically, this was a huge surprise (an increase of over $50 and less than half the amount of product, was and is a large financial pill to accept).
Previously they had coupons for free shipping, lower costs, etc but I was unable to locate them - if they even have them any longer.
Overall, the products work well, for me, but I'd like to see the costs decreased without having to auto border which in my case can't be done since some days the products last a day or two longer. Bottom line, they are a trusted company that serves me well, which is why I return."
