promised 5% off but did not get it

"They ask if you want 5% off give your email and cell phone which I did. They send you a text asking if you agree to future texts, I put no so I did not get the 5%. But they have my info. Not good business practice"

Checking out was difficult

"Tried 3 times to use Pay Pal, and ended getting request for credit card, and had to start over. Not sure why, but problem occurs during order review."

Product not in stock

" This company had a product I needed and I knew it was out of stock many places due to a new style that replaces it. There was no indication on this site that they didn't have it in stock so I ordered it and they let me know they were waiting for a shipment. Knowing that the product is discontinued and out of stock everywhere else and being pretty sure they would never have it again I asked for a refund which they did promptly."
