"I ordered Premier Pro Underpads for my mother. The order was based on the picture shown on the company's website because the picture was exactly the same underpads that are used in the hospital. The hospital pads are very durable, absorbent and comfortable. I received the box of pads about a week later and was completely shocked when I opened it and saw that they were the thinnest, flimsy and smallest underpads I have ever seen. They looked nothing like the picture shown on the website and were definitely nothing like the underpads used in the hospital. Very disappointing."
