"The items I order usually come from Ft. Worth, Texas, which means i get them very quickly. The website is A DISASTER!! Hard to navigate, check out is horrible. The worst part of it is, you never get an emailed receipt. In order to get a receipt for my taxes, I have to write down the order number, go back in, find the order, go through another couple screens, before I can print the page I want. "

"I have an email that says "Take 10% off an order over $50". Mine was over $80! I received this email just 7 days ago, but when I entered the code it said the code had expired. That irritates me NOWHERE in that email, or even when I click on the "Click here to view in browser", was an expiration date shown. I went through every email I've received over the past month and NONE OF THEM HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE!!! I will definitely rethink my options where I order things."

"I did not receive my package, When asked I was told there was an issue with shipping “understandable”. I asked for another shipment asap. I was informed no overnight shipping was something that couldn’t be done, I was insured my package was going to be sent out and I would receive a tracking number. That was Thursday the 12th and I have yet to no if my package was shipped, very frustrating when you need an item and you were certain you were going to get it the week you ordered it when you payed an extra fee for shipping and still waiting………."
