Ugh ,Ted socks

"I ordered three pairs of Ted socks for my paralyzed son they sent only one correct sock the other two are wrong one is completely useless when I called customer service they have been giving me the runaround for weeks I was supposed to get a call back from the settlement team and I'm not heard a word I will be calling my bank in dispute the transaction"

Horrible customer service

"I ordered a nebulizer. And I was informed that the product I have ordered is waiting for the manufacturer with no estimated date of shipment. At the time of order formation, I was not informed that the nebulizers were sold and I would have to wait 2 months. I needed this nebulizer very urgently and I paid for the standard delivery (3-5 days). Why did they send me half of the order without notification? Because if I got a message that you don't have a nebulizer in stock I would cancel the order. I wanted a full refund for the order and for the shipping that I paid. I asked for a full refund for products and shipping but was denied. It is horrible customer service! "
