“Thank you for leaving a review to share your concerns, after looking into the order it shows that the two RX-required items had been requested to be canceled on 9/27 and were removed from the order, and the dollar total that was captured and processed through PayPal. The order total was just including the items that were released for shipment and not the ones canceled. On 10/26 a call was made requesting a refund of the 2 canceled items which had initially been adjusted from the captured total on 9/27 in which our team made a mistake and processed a secondary credit resulting in double the amount returned back to you.
