"You send me texts with sales that state "Free shipping on orders over $49, yet you charge shipping. False advertising. And usually your sales code you text either does not work or does not give the full stated discount."

"I have tried to receive and purchase a piece of medical equipment. My doctor has called and faxed the script. I received two calls from two persons requesting the script. The script has been sent three times. I medical equipment was paid for and I have not received the trach. It has been four weeks since my original contact with this company. "
