"I had to order these for my husband since Mayo clinic couldn't seem to order the right size. Trach was put in February 1st and still have not received correct inner cannula that Mayo ordered. Home health nurse looked up this company so I checked for the correct inner cannula and they had it. I ordered a box and paid extra for the 3-5 business day delivery and it was there the next day! So nice that I didn't have to stress all weekend that we wouldn't have enough. 3rd order Mayo clinic placed was shipped to wrong address so I'm ordering again to make sure he has enough to get by. "

"I ordered hydrogen perxiode and was put on auto ship. 28 cases were sent to a business address. I literally called within 2 hours of the charge being placed on company card. order said it was processing and it was not stopped. There is NO reason to auto ship that much of a product without specifically getting approval prior. We do not have space in the warehouse for that amount."
