"The staff was overly friendly in addressing questions and concerns regarding the product, options and modifications. I completed two separate purchases of high level knee braces. I had some apprehension of the purchase with respect to fit, quality and potential modifications. The purchase of the right leg brace provide pain relief and increased functionality, the purchases of the necessary left leg brace quickly followed.
You might understand the reluctance to purchase two at one time with the potential of being disappointed and dissatisfied was a concern. I was so satisfied with the staff's product knowledge and willingness to research the correct answer to question asked made the decision to purchase the second brace a logical option.

"Initial issue occurred was when a service rep reached out and offered to place my recurring order (SAME SINCE 2016). Checking back later, I find that the product is different. I cancelled that order and placed the correct manually. I checked back a few days later to check progress only to find it had been cancelled with no explanation. HOPING AGAINST HOPE, this last one actually is fulfilled (or at least I'm alerted)."
