"I bought tickets to a football game from Vivid Seats because of their buyer guarantee. Then I found out they did not sell me seats or admission tickets, but rather passes to a hospitality club for $300! I called immediately to ask for a refund and they refused to do anything for me! I Vivid Seats sold tickets and seats. I didn’t realize they were also peddling add-ons like club passes! I feel completely scammed! I have useless passes and no tickets and these were supposed to be for my son’s 21st birthday so I also have no money to buy him a birthday present!"
"I ordered tickets for an event in New York. I live in Texas. Vivid Seats waited until AFTER I made the purchase to disclose the fact that the seller was planning on overnighting the tickets to me right before the event. This means I wouldn't get the tickets until maybe the day before (when I am flying to New York) or possibly even the day of the event. That is obviously unworkable, but then you get the "no refunds ever" line from Vivid Seats.
There is LITERALLY NO EXCUSE for hiding the delivery date until after a purchase is made. I will never buy from Vivid Seats ever again. "
"This company is the absolute WORST!!!! I spent over $1k for tickets to an event & then had to resell them because the person I was going with cancelled. I now have to wait 4 months to get my money back from Vivid Seats & I have to wait 4 months for the actual tickets to come to me so that I can transfer them to the buyer. Oh, and the tickets are expected to come to me the day before the event. So now I have a VERY small window to remember 4 months from now to send tickets over to someone the day before a show.
Absolute garbage company & they should be shut down. If you are going to run a business like this, then you should be able to take on the responsibility of refunding people their money & also handling the transfer of tickets. You better believe I will be posting this review on every possible outlet to let people know how horrible VividSeats is."

"The process to books seats if outside of the USA is complicated. We tried to book online, but then was rejected as we used our card issued here in Dubai, UAE. We were advised to call the Toll Free number, but when I tried calling line was cut whilst in the middle of booking the ticket with Marco who was really helpful and efficient - reason is number is not Toll free and I already ran of prepaid data. So I had to call again. Eventually, ticket was booked by a different agent named Jaycee who was also helpful and patient, and I clarified the seats, so I was passed onto to "Rex" the supposed specialist. Turned out he wasn't and he barely speaks English properly, particularly when he was giving instructions on the verification process. Nevertheless, did the verification online and have yet to receive confirmation of booked tickets."
