"Got a 10% promo email from credit card company-- multiple attempts and I could not get it to register for discount. Planned on just going to another site since I assumed there would be no discount. Got really frustrated and as a last ditch effort tried the LIVE CHAT option. So thankful got Morgan M. who was a HUGE HELP! He was pleasant, kind, and very very helpful (even while working on a holiday!). He helped me navigate the process and ended up needing to call me to complete transaction over the phone. Morgan made process quick and easy, was able to put through the discount code and get the same seats I had in my cart. I was hoping for more of a discount since I was spending over $1,000 on 6 tickets to the NFR. He also tried to charge my credit card twice. He told me my card was denied. Later I found out that my credit card company stopped the transaction because it was suspicious. I'm really disappointed in that. I don't know if it was on purpose or not but it still was upsetting.
