"I specifically asked when I would get my tickets and was told that I would not have to wait until the day before the event. That I would get them within the next 24 hours, not just a confirmation.
I did receive a confirmation and it states that I possibly won't get tickets until the day before. I have a hotel reservation and if I don't have tickets I won't need the hotel and will need to cancel 24 hours before that date. I feel like I was miss led. I hope I don't have to wait until the day before the event."
