"Without Daniel's help I would not have made this purchase. This was my first time trying to purchase game tickets and I only have a simple "dumb" phone. Instead, I use a wifi tablet for email, etc. so I was expecting to download to my Tablet when I saw entry was for smart phones only. Before giving up my plans, I called the 800 number and Daniel advised me not to chance using tablet, but instead forward the ticket email to my friend who is meeting me at the game.
