"I could not get vivid seats online to honor the 10% off a ticket purchase. It would show the discount but when it was time to make the purchase it would go back to more expensive price. This happen to me before when purchasing tickets and vivid seats basically told me to bad, you already bought them we cant give you the 10% off. So I was not going to allow this to happen to me again. I called and Dexter Ramirez was my customer service rep. Thank God for him because he saw the same issue and he worked his magic and honored the 10% off my ticket. He put me at ease and repeated all the information and fees back to me and placed my order.
