"Called into Vivid as we are from Canada and going on vacation and tickets we were wanting to purchase would not be delivered to Canada before we leave. So I called and got Mark Jackson. He introduced himself and asked who he was speaking with, I told him and then he asked how he could be of assistance. I told him my situation/concern and he informed me that i was correct and the tickets would not arrive on time. he suggested purchasing online tickets for my smartphone and saved me a little cash plus shifted me over from where I was originally looking and down some rows- so better seats and less money, I like it!! Mark was very personable, easy to speak to and all round great interaction/experience. Thank you so much for the time and attention to detail and all round pleasure exchange he even asked if we had visited Chicago before, I replied no and he then added some extra insight on what to do and where to go. I would definitely deal with Mark again!!"

I was thinking about buying tickets from them but decided the service fee was way too steep so I tried to exit out of the page. Instead, six pop up ads came up, freezing my screen, and then I got and email they had charged me $300!!!!!! I never selected any kind of "confirm order" or something like that!!!
